These guys have been amazing. Recently moved into student housing and they have been super helpful in sorting out any mysterious bills or problems. Their customer service is truly amazing, they reply quickly and with plenty of advice/information that answers all questions we had. Would absolutely recommend them again.

Customer service is highly responsive and helpful. The system was really easy to set up. Prices were competitive and the entire service was very reliable throughout uni. Could not recommend a better all inclusive bills service for students.

Good service throughout. The only student bills service that I could find where the word “unlimited” actually meant unlimited. Dealing with them via email is easy and they respond in a timely manner. No issues with the service at all 5/5

Been using Epic for a while always good communication whenever there is an issue. Can’t thank Ben enough, after reporting problems with our internet he came to our house and set up a temporary solution. Very professional company can’t recommend enough!

Been with the company for around 5 months now and they've been really great! we had issues with our property regarding a pay as you go meter and they fixed the issue by changing the meter to a normal one for free for us which was great! very good response times via email and the staff are all really friendly! This was the cheapest student billing option we could find too and Epic has been excellent!

So far it’s been a really good experience. Signed up for the 1st July this year and epic setup the gas, electric, water and broadband quickly and kept us informed along the way. Answered all of my questions quickly and the team are really helpful as well!

Fantastic service, just moved into a property and used them as my provider for a two bed flat. Great, no complaints at all and seriously cheaper than the competition so it's a no brainer. If you mention their name to a competitor they'll try scare you by saying they're the new kid on the block but that's not stopped them from giving A* service and pricing.

I highly recommend Epic Utilities. Their service is reliable, hassle-free and takes the stress out of splitting utility bills with housemates. With our own direct debits setup every month, you don’t have to worry about chasing housemates for money. Their customer service is fantastic too, with friendly staff who respond quickly to any questions or issues you may have. If you’re moving into a student house especially with people you don’t know well, epic is definitely the way to go!!!

They set up a bills package without my asking. I completed a quote so that I could compare the prices of different providers before deciding and instead they have set up a package for me. Now I don't know if I will have to use them because they have forced me into this.
