Support ist schlecht.

Support ist schlecht.
Hab das GSP 670, und kurz nach der Garantie wurde der Sound extrem leise. Es ist kein Hardwareproblem sondern ein Firmwarefehler, jedoch klappt die in der Software integrierte Reflash Funktion nicht mehr, weshalb das Headset jetzt unbrauchbar ist. Der Support macht nix, trotz einreichen der Logs und einer ausführlichen Beschreibung. Sennheiser war früher deutlich besser, allerdings seit dem die Firma aufgekauft wurde kann ich von dem Verein nur noch abraten.

Die Support Erfahrung war recht simpel, das erste mal als der Fehler auftrat gab es nur ein kurzes RTFM, mit verweis auf die "Reflash" Funktion. Das war fast gegen Ende der Garantiezeit, und beim 2ten mal nur ein "Sorry Garantie ist vorbei" ... Auf "Antworten" vom Support kann man nicht Antworten, die Mails kommen einfach als nicht zustellbar zurück, und wenn man erneut an die "Support Email" schreibt reagiert keiner mehr da ja das "Anliegen" bereits kurz zuvor abgewiesen wurde...

Die Firma hat einen treuen Sennheiser Kunden verloren und ich bin froh das mein GSP 600 noch ein original Sennheiser Headset ist das nun seit fast einem Jahrzent hält. Daher auch der kauf des GSP 670, aber nach der Erfahrung kann ich jedem nur abraten!!!

Das ganze ist gefühlt schon SCAM da es gegen Ende der Garantie anfing und die Firma sich aus jeder Verantwortung zieht, aber wenn man hier reinschaut, dann bin ich mit der Erfahrung bedauerlicherweise für alle nicht allein.

Impossible support

Trying to source a replacement cable for my H6PRO headset, I'm just getting unhelpful copy-pastas from support emails, referring back to unrelated support entries on the website, essentially getting stonewalled. I know they've closed their gaming/consumer division, and I literally just want an answer to whether or not it's possible to still get a replacement, and if so, where/how.

EPOS NON DA ASSISTENZA E RICAMBI PER LE SUE CUFFIE DI UN CERTO VALORE

Ho acquistato una cuffia epos adapt tra l'altro di un certo valore!!, per un guasto alle cuffie fuori garanzia ormai, ho chiesto ad epos di fornirmi ho un centro assistenza oppure il pezzo di ricambio (logicamente pagandolo) per riparare le mie cuffie (sostituzione totale dell'archetto). Visto il valore delle cuffie circa 400 euro non
Mi sembrava il caso di buttarle. Niente epos mi ha risposto che non hanno né centri assistenza né ricambi al di fuori dei padiglioni imbottiti. Secondo loro avrei dovuto buttare le cuffie.

Worst customer service ever

I purchased an Epos headset with high expectations, but unfortunately, my experience has been extremely disappointing. After some time, the headset developed issues, and I reached out to the manufacturer for support. However, despite multiple attempts to contact them, Epos has completely ignored my requests and has not provided any feedback for months.

To make matters worse, the store where I purchased the headset also opened a case with Epos on my behalf, yet no one from Epos has responded or taken any action. This lack of customer service is unacceptable for a company that markets itself as a premium brand.

I strongly advise against buying from Epos if you value good support and a reliable warranty process. A product is only as good as the service behind it, and in this case, Epos has completely failed.

Leider kann ich aus meiner Erfahrung…

Leider kann ich aus meiner Erfahrung nur von der Fa. Epos abraten. Ich habe ein sehr teures Headset "Epos GSP 670" geschenkt bekommen weil ich unbedingt ein Wireless Headset haben wollte. Ich hatte mir im Vorhinein einige Rezessionen angesehen und war positiv von dem GSP 670 überrascht.
Nach dem Test die Ernüchterung.. Software schlecht, Klang "naja", einzig das Mikrofon ist sehr gut. Nun habe ich in den letzten 1,5 Jahren sehr wenig am PC gespielt und hatte ein neues Spiel für mich entdeckt und wollte nun auch das Headset wieder ordentlich nutzen. Nun musste ich feststellen, dass ohne das ich das Headset in letzter Zeit viel genutzt habe die Ohrmuscheln aufgeplatzt sind. Also absolut schlechte Verarbeitung... wenn es wenigstens exzessiv genutzt wurde hätte ich das ja verstehen können, aber so absolut nicht.
Des weiteren kommt hinzu, dass der Ton nur noch extrem leise ist, was auch nicht mehr einzustellen ist.
Hierauf habe ich online nach einer Lösung gesucht. Was habe ich gefunden ? Massen an Kommentaren: Ohrpolster aufgeplatzt und Ton nur noch sehr leise. Eine Lösung habe ich leider nicht gefunden. Ein Glück habe ich als Backup noch das Asus ROG Fusion 700 (leider kabelgebunden) welches 2 Jahre älter als das GSP ist. Und das funktioniert noch wie am 1. Tag und die Ohrpolster sind noch in perfekter Verfassung. So stelle ich mir Qualität vor. Das scheint bei Sennheiser/EPOS nicht mehr der Fall zu sein. Auf der Service Seite wird man auch nur hin und hergeschubst ohne das man sein Anliegen wirklich platzieren kann... Demnach meine Empfehlung: Finger Weg von EPOS!

Replacement Ear Pads for ADAPT 560

I've had my ADAPT 560 headset for a little over two years. It has been a little glitchy with the audio cutting out at times, but otherwise usable for what I need it for. About a year after I got them, the ear cusions started falling apart so I went online to find a replacement without success, so I glued them back together. Eventully, even super glue couldn't stop them from falling apart completely so I went on the EPOS site to see if I could buy them directly. No such luck and when contacting the recomended resellers, I was told they didn't stock them. It's proving impossible to get hold of a replacement in the UK so this will be the last time I purchase from them.
