Thank you Epos buddie! Till works good and set up for us, the process was efficient and helped us got a quick turnaround for something in our price range.

Worked with these guys now for a number of years at a previous site. We recently we purchased a second site and needed a complete new EPOS system / set up. We didn't leave a lot of time to turn things around but Elliott and Tom in particular have been brilliant!

From getting the equipment delivered to us quickly so we could have it installed but then also helping will all the programming and training requirements. Making any amendments we needed for the KDS and different printers in record time so issues didnt affect our business. Their customer support and ongoing support is brilliant and I have no hesitation in recommending the team at Eposbuddy.

Fantasic by the guys at eposbuddy, elliot, pj, tom and team helped get me set up quickly. They also helped save me quite a bit of money not having someone come to site as i knew what to do from before even though they offered a onsite install. they were happy to help me keep costs down.

The system itself is good i opted for the Z2 terminal what looks better in person than on the website.

Special mention to Syed who was great on training me he just started there but was more then helpful and his manager pjay helped him.

These guys are always quick to answer the phone, they simplify explanations so as to not overwhelm - very patient, there seems to always be a solution and they are happy to help! Feel really good we have this kind of tec support! Thanks team!

Quick turnaround - Great support and hardware

From the first contact they were knowledgeable, professional and very speedy. Set up was simple and fast. Support have been there whenever needed with clear and concise instructions to follow. Epos buddy have completely transformed how my hospitality company does business. Their epos system is easy to use and uncomplicated. The training on their back of house system is fairly straight forward to with many options. We also recently took up their rewards app that also offers table service - we are still to start on table service but it looks ready to go. Charles in particular has been very helpful in our journey but the tech team are also always on hand to help when needed (which isnt very often). Would 100% recommend - stay away from big business and shop smaller the service isn there!

We have been using Zenith for the last five years and just upgraded two new till systems .we had expected teething problems but the technical department worked really hard and patiently to resolve them

Recently purchased a new system from Eposbuddy, the system was exactly what i wanted, Charles was excellent at making sure i had all ground covered with the system i wanted.

I have always been happy with the tills provided by eposbuddy but my experience with Tom, the support agent, this week lifts my review to 5 stars. He went the extra mile to sort out a problem that was of our making. Highly recommended.

Bought our new system from here was a little nervous as the price was so cheap compared to our normal ICR supplier. We have berm buying ICR tills at £2000 for many years and to be offered them at £99 it was crazy. However good quality good service. Very happy thankyou
