I have my kombucha delivered from equinox for many many years and I absolutely love its fresh flavours and tastes. It arrives on time and if I'm going to be away its easy to reschedule deliveries. First class customer service by knowledgeable and friendly staff.

I have been loving the Equinox Kombucha for a really long time but never thought to order directly until I had some issues with Asda. I contacted customer service who helped me immensely (massive shout out to James) and I will definitely be ordering directly thanks to him from now on!

Apart from having a fabulous product - the Kombucha is really great and healthy! - James and the team go that extra mile to help with any questions and advice.

This is a fantastic product. We are addictied to it. We have a bottle everyday, and it is our treat, instead of a glass of wine or beer, and it's doing our gut good.
The flavours are lovely. Wild Berry and Pink Grapefruit and Guava are the favourites, closely followed by Orange and Yuzu. Also tried the Hopbucha and that is really nice and refreshing, with a citrusy flavour, like an IPA
Customer sevice is spot on. I've had an issue with the DPD delivery and James managed to chase it for me, so I received it for the weekend. A*

Went to buy some on their website after trying one and enjoying it. signed up for their newsletter to get 10% off my first order. Got an email to ask me to confirm I'd like to subscribe to their newsletter but no discount. 30 minutes later still no email with a discount. This is a pretty sketchy way to harvest emails. Not impressed with the company so far and am not sure about ordering anymore if they don't do what they say they'll do.

I emailed equinox and they gave me the discount quite promptly so I've updated my review. Despite the additional comment from me team, the email capture flow is still not updated. I have screenshots if you'd like to see them.

I subscribe monthly and appreciate being able to receive my orders earlier, as I enjoy Kombucha daily.

I like kombucha anyway, particularly the original flavour and I drink alcohol free beer during the week (most of which is quite bland). So, when I saw Hop Bucha I quietly hoped it would hit the spot. It tastes like a slightly sweet beer with plenty of hoppy notes, but has that gentle kombucha bite too. It is an excellent alternative to alcohol free beer.

I have been using Equinox Kombucha for 3 years and every time I drink their kombuchas I am always met with maximum flavour and satisfaction. My go-to drinks are the wild berry bottles and, sadly, the discontinued strawberry & white peach bottles. Top notch taste.

The process of purchasing bottles and having them delivered is seamless. I normally receive my drinks within 2 days after purchase. Though, I have had a couple hiccups here and there but they were swiftly resolved via the customer service team with care.

I recommend Equinox Kombucha to anyone who wants a great tasting bottle of kombucha without the overwhelming "vinegary" taste and with the knowledge that they are crafted with high quality organic ingredients.
