I haven't received my order and it's way over the initial scheduled delivery date, I have also emailed requesting help on this and no reply, very disappointed as the products look of good quality, would like to receive my order.

This company is the WORST! Don't trust them and buy your oil elsewhere! I received a broken bottle of oil and after providing pictures of the broken bottle (and complaining on Amazon) they still have not replaced the oil! All around pathetic customer service!

Long term customer - love the products! Quality stuff - there’s never a day I go without their oil…I always have back up stock! Obsessed with the rose water - just wow!!! Love the supplements!

Think twice before ordering anything from this company. I received and bottle of sea buckthorn oil that was leaking. I contacted the company and they advised me that they would send out another bottle. I requested a refund instead but they would not refund and now they are refusing to resend the item even because I didn't send a picture. The reason that I didn't send a picture was because they didn't request a picture. I threw the faulty product away. So now they won't do anything. Who do I report this company to ?

Love that they’re making really healthy foods an option for many no matter the locale. The first couple bottles seemed to have been damaged maybe in transit but Erbology responded fixed it right away and sent out replacement.

Quality Products and quick service and use this Company alot

Erbology has great quality products. I ordered a few different products and was happy with all. Their customer service is helpful and responsive.

I needed some sea buckthorn for homemade face cream. I decided to try Erbology because it was organic, I could see where the product was sourced, and they could link studies on the benefits. I also purchased matcha powder- also very fine. The shipping was prompt and I was happy with the oil. I actually just ordered more oils and powders as gifts. I accidentally dropped the bottle and my dogs lapped up about half the bottle. It was a shame- until I noticed their coats became very soft! Now I know it's good for them, as well!
