ercol, was established over 100 years ago in 1920 by Italian designer Lucian R Ercolani in High Wycombe. The ercol office, showroom and factory moved to its current location in Princes Risborough, Buckinghamshire in 2002. Design has always been at the heart of ercol. Our furniture designs for dining, living and bedroom constantly evolve to reflect how we live today. We have a talented In-house design team and furniture technicians, to create and develop our designs, we also collaborate with external UK designers to create unique pieces all of which are made with integrity and fit for purpose.

Happy with our Ercol Stool
Very happy with the stool, looks good, comfortable and good height for counter top. Delivery earlier than expected. Item well packaged.
Nice quality item as I’d expect from Ercol. Great price in the winter sale.
Would have been useful to see delivery charge earlier in the ordering process

It’s hard to beat the quality of Ercol products their attention to detail and quality of workmanship is second to none - I expect my furniture to last a lifetime! For a bargain its definitely worth checking out the outlet site too

Bought a seconds sofa from their factory. Supposedly new.
Delivery guys attended and were helpful and polite. They even parked their lorry away from the drive in case of any damage.

Nice bed, delivery was a chore!
Took some time getting the bed and would have appreciated a bit more proactivity from you / delivery team but happy with my new bed.

Lovely furniture
Lovely furniture, made in England. Well protected using sustainable cardboard packaging and delivered to my home with care. I am really impressed with Ercol Outlet, as a first time purchaser.

Great product.Shame about the delivery
Product is excellent and just as condition just as described on the website.
Our only caveat is that the company estimated the delivery time as one month with early advice of the actual delivery date. That was fine with us.
In fact the chairs arrived within just one week with no notification of the delivery. Parcelforce just turned up at the door with four large, beautifully packaged chairs

Beautiful quality piece of furniture
We ordered an item from the outlet shop, a lovely small oak sideboard, that fits our space perfectly. It’s beautifully made and I know will last a lifetime. The service and delivery were faultless too.
