I had a very smooth and hassle-free experience on my purchase.

We bought an investment property and we were a little cynical over the deal. They answered every question we had lots of times over a long period as we did our due dilligence on the deal. They we patient and helpful the whole way through. The transaction comms could have been a little more proactive but what they didn't cover, the solicitor did.

We have bought a couple of properties through ERE and the team Adam, Gaby's and Shannon has been really helpful with good communication throughout - prompt response and follow up.
It has made working with them easier and reliable.

I bought an Assisted Living Apt less than a month ago. Bryan and Ollie helped me to buy it and Shannon and Gabriella took me through the completion process very smoothly. I would recommend this team always! I already told them that I am considering on investing soon with them again.

Very shady practices: this is my experience with this company. In the context of a council housing refurbishment project, they demanded full cash payment only and in return they supposedly took care of solicitors' fees and stamp duty. The two solicitor companies they work with are so unprofessional that the sale document was full of mistakes!! When I told them I was going to use my own solicitor I was informed that they would not pay for that and that they would be keeping my £5000 deposit. I have reported these practices to the Citizens' Advice Bureau and am pursuing getting a refund.
