I had an excellent experience purchasing a property in the UK, thanks to the incredible support from Roksana and Gaby. From start to finish, they were both extremely professional, responsive, and genuinely dedicated to making the entire process smooth and stress-free.

It’s absolutely not a flake review, I was ERE’s overseas client purchasing a property in the U.K. years ago. It’s meaningless to argue although very doubt who gave 4 or 5 Stars to this company. If you’re preparing a property purchase through ERE, just mindful to do researches on your own to know clearly “what kind of properties” they are selling if you don’t want to suffer heavy losses.

GET RID of ERE if you don’t want to suffer heavy financial loss! They target overseas investors who are not familiar with the UK properties. ERE have been selling properties with very low or no resale value that the local British would not buy, e.g. social housing, high crime rate locations, non standard construction..…. The sharing of 1 Star is just a friendly reminder to who would research before jumping into the investment trap.

5 star experience dealing ere. Very professional efficient and help. They have made buying a property seamless.

Kyle and Katherine led us through the process a step at a time. They responded to questions in a timely fashion and as first time investors in this type of purchase they explained the process clearly.

Ere are a not a scam although they are not regulated, so I’ve been told it is Paul Rothwell who is the culprit who owns Empire holding which changed to Featherfoot do not invest with them we have lost our deposit all the nice reviews are from staff and friends
