I was lucky to find this company while searching for a spare part for my chair. Not only did they help me get the piece in my desired color, but they also guided me through the entire shipping process (it was my first time ordering something from outside the EU to Poland).

Replacement part for my old chair was ordered for a fair price, delivered promptly and the team even verified it was the right part before confirming the order. They also supplied detailed fitting instructions and help to ensure I was able to repair the chair myself. Top notch service thank you.

Following a broken part on my office chair, even though I was just a private individual, I was able to have a real discussion with the after-sales service, who accompanied me to answer all my questions. Then, once the order was placed, I was once again accompanied through every stage of the delivery process. I even received a message to make me aware of the assembly and the precautions to be taken. The delivery went off without a hitch, even though it was made 2 days ahead of schedule. The FEDEX driver found a secure solution to drop off my parcel even though I was away from home. Finally, I'm very happy with my rather top-of-the-range office chair, which after 6 years still looks great and feels very comfortable :-)

I've been hearing amazing things about Ergohuman's chairs for quite some time, and I'm delighted to say that I've not been disappointed. I ordered the Ergohuman Elite.

Every part of the process has been exceptional. Placing an order was really simple, and Iain & Caroline were in touch within only a couple of hours confirming when my chair could be delivered.

I'm new to the world of ergonomic chairs and also visually impaired, so I was worried that I might find the setup process difficult, but I couldn't have been more wrong. Iain & Caroline provided me with digital copies of their setup instructions and manual (without me even having to ask - they just realised that they might be useful for me!). When the chair arrived, it was boxed brilliantly (with everything well protected and clearly set out), and the building process took me about 10 minutes. From the minute that I touched the first part of the chair, I could tell that it had been assembled with great care and attention to detail.

I had a few questions about the optimal usage of my chair, so I gave Caroline a ring. She picked up pretty much immediately, and was unbelievably helpful (later following up with me via e-mail).

Not only is this hands down the most comfortable chair that I have ever sat in (beating the likes of the HM Aeron, which I often use in recording studios), but it's certainly also the best customer experience that I have ever had. You can really tell that the team cares about what they do! Furthermore, the chair itself is beautiful - a work of art...

I will be recommending Ergohuman to all of my friends and colleagues, and can't thank the team enough for their brilliant support.

From start to finish a brilliant experience.

We had a chair that broke a bolt after around 10 years of daily use and decided the time was right to get a new chair of the same make due to how comfortable the original was. The user is particularly tall so Caroline made sure that the chair was suitable, including shipping an extended gas canister plus an additional base. She also shipped a replacement bolt for the old chair as well.

Excellent product, well worth the money, and excellent customer service.

I have had my Ergohuman chair for about ten years and recently one of the castors started to come apart so I went online to see if spare parts are available. The company offers spares for different parts of the chair and I was pleased to find what I needed at an extremely reasonable price. Given the cost of the chair it is reassuring that the company offers affordable replacements.
The company communicated with me every step of the way to make sure that: I had made the correct selection: to thank me for the bank transfer: to inform me of the dispatch date and to follow up on the delivery. It is great to know that there is someone at the other end who understands the product and cares about the customer. I recommend dealing with this company-top marks for quality and service.

Overall a very good chair with much better value for money than most high end office chairs. (I bought the Ergohuman mesh with headrest). Very happy with the service and information provided by the team at Ergohuman.net!

Comfort: The chair focuses on lumbar support, it offers all the flexibility expected from an ergonomic chair. It is very comfortable and, to me, provides very good support. I would say it is more focused on taller people because the armrests sit quite high when lowered down - that said my partner who is a lot shorter than me could easily find settings to her taste. Again, this is for people who want strong lumbar support. I took a version with headrest and would say this is very much optional, it's a little too backward for my head and would only use it when momentarily tilting back.

Build quality: The chair looks sturdy and looks made to last. lower parts and sit looks extremely strong, back is lighter but also has metal support. The mesh looks strong and looks like it can hold for a while. The only doubt point is the armrests for which look a bit shaky, but nothing that should discourage purchase.

Finish / design: This is where the price difference with more expensive (£1000+) chairs come in. The chair still looks very good but does not have anything special in terms of design. In my view the additional cost for a bit better design and slightly better finish is not worth it, but it's a matter of opinions.

Service: Ergohuman.net has been great - I called on a Thursday to ask delivery timeline and purchased the same day. They said the chair would arrive by Tuesday/Wednesday - it arrived the Wednesday morning. I received email updates on Monday for dispatch, Tuesday for next day delivery and Wednesday to confirm delivery. This provided a very clear timeline. My questions were answered within 1-2 hours. They use Tuffnels for delivery and confirm devliery on the day but no time window, so make sure someone's home! (note these chairs are not normally meant for home office so this is in general not an issue).

From start to finish a nightmare. Parts not marked. I had to change appointment for the Delivery date, so Tuffells without any contact delivery days early. Lucky I was in.
Has for the Mirus chair, well what can you say made in China.
Not worth the money.
Also both the Directors don,t seem very concerned.
They are running 2 websites ?!
There are better Chairs out there and cheaper, without the Nightmare of dealing with this Company.

I recently ordered a new Ergohuman Plus chair from Ergohuman.net. Unfortunately, I made an error in the delivery address and contacted them to rectify it. I got a mail back from Iain immediately and it was resolved straight away.

Secondly, I can't speak highly enough about the chair itself. I've been in the games industry for decades and this is by far the most comfortable chair I've had.

While I didn't receive a delivery date for my chair initially and the order status on the website doesn't update, an email to the company was promptly replied to and the information given. The time between ordering and delivery was below the already reasonable estimate and the chair was well packaged, easy to assemble and excellent quality.

We bought a chair from this company over 3 years ago but the recliner mechanism has broken, after a polite telephone conversation the chair was picked up repaired and returned as new, the customer service is fantastic I would recommend anyone to use this Company.

Good communication throughout; situation with COVID-19 added complexity to fulfilling the order, but it was well managed.

Chair was easily assembled in less than 20mins.

Sturdy, but not too heavy, great support and very wide range of configuration options.

I haven't yet received the chair, so can't comment on that, but wanted to share a lovely experience with this company today.

After a slight mix-up with the chairs available 'in stock' (understandable with COVID), I was looked after wonderfully by Caroline who helped me decide between a few replacement options.

She sent detailed information about each chair, the estimated shipping date and the options for headrests, mesh and so on.

All the while being completely lovely and answering any e-mail I sent in record time!

I bought the Ergohuman Mirus chair after trialling my Dad's chair as he had purchased one 4 years ago. Since using the chair, my back pain has completely disappeared, I can now work productively and uninterrupted which is a game changer. The customer support at Ergohuman.net has been first class and they are extremely helpful and really care about their customers. If you are looking to find an ergonomic office chair that will last you for years to come, this is the place to buy it from.

I purchased a Mirus for my partner's office. Excellent experience of a fast purchase, a clear and simple website to identify the options I wanted, a helpful sales person who sorted out an EU VAT exempt corporate purchase, and prompt delivery to Ireland within 3 working days of payment being processed. Thanks to both Caroline and Iain who made this purchase so easy.

When the chair arrived it was very well packaged and easy to assemble. The mesh-backed Mirus is very comfortable and highly adjustable. The build quality appears very good, if not quite at the level of say Herman Miller or Steelcase, but it's close. (I have a new Aeron in the office & an RH Logik in my study so I have high quality chairs to compare this against) However, it's a much cheaper chair and ErgoHuman do more "luxurious" pricier models with more polished aluminium and leather upholstery. This is nitpicking however as there's a sturdiness and heft to the Mirus' aluminium components and it's an effective design. I've spent more from local office suppliers on chairs that weren't half as good! If you have around £450-500 quid to spend on an office chair then this should be on your list. It's fantastic "bang for buck"

The tapering back with adjustable height & seat depth enable it to fit a wide range of people. The pivoting lumbar support spreads support over the entire flat of my back and the cushion distributes weight effectively with no obvious pressure points. My partner has lower back pain and she said this is the most comfortable day sitting she's had in years, once she dialed in the many adjustments correctly. Take the time to set it up properly. The single lever adjustment is also clever and unique to ErgoHuman. All things considered this chair is brilliant value for money. I might try an ErgoHuman Plus next.

Bought my ergohuman chair there for a second time. These chairs are just the best. This time I went with white one, they offered me samples of several fabrics as there was multiple options. Great service!

Really great chair. Used it at work for a few years and then got a work from home job and brought one and will not look back!

I do sort of wish I didn't get the headrest thought but its not a problem.
