Great customer service, Great Product.
I’ve needed a new office chair for some time now but struggled to find somewhere I could sit on, test and discuss the various options. Ergo Outlet were recommended to me and didn’t disappoint. I was met with friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful customer service and shown around the showroom. There’s a great product selection on show as you enter with even more behind a secret door. I couldn’t be happier with my new chair nor the service I received, a definite recommend.

Great service throughout the process, great range of new and used products. Delivery and assemble at under £30 is brilliant value. Used twice now and couldn't fault anything on each occasion.

Fantastic service
I’m really impressed with the service! The goods looked exactly as described, and the customer service was excellent. They even called ahead to arrange the most convenient delivery date. Everything was smooth and hassle-free. I would definitely recommend them to others!

Whilst we don't have a showroom in York, our full range of services is available in this key area including office space planning and professional office installation by our own team of fitters. In addition to placing orders online, our sales team are happy to work with customers over the phone, by email or in person at our Midlands showroom. We hoped that these details were made clear on our website as we certainly have no intention to advertise anything misleading. Naturally, we want to advertise the services we have available in York (and other key areas), but following your feedback we will review our site to see if we can make it clearer. No sales pressure, friendly staff, high quality products
I was given time, unrushed and without pressure to buy, to check out the range of options to suit my requirements. Pre-used options were also highlighted, so there was not any attempt to push me to the most expensive products. The focus was on meeting my needs. The desk I chose was made to a very high stranded with a quality finish. The staff were very friendly and knowledgeable on all aspects of the range.
