I needed a supportive high backed office chair and was really impressed by the various models I was shown and was able to try out in their showroom. The prices are very reasonable too and at the time they had offers on used furniture too. All the staff seem really knowledgeable and friendly and are happy for you to take your time to make your decision. I've been very happy with my purchase and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them whether it be for a small purchase like mine, or a whole office refit.

When you don't really know, it is essential to find someone you can trust and who helps you to really delve into the detail of your drivers to determine what is right. Outfitting a new office is not an easy task. Ergo made it look easy and took away a lot of pain and difficulties. No hard sell, lots options to improve what we had outlined and elements we had never considered but which were a better solution and a better price.

Been looking on line for long time for a second hand office chair , but I gave up but found ergo , loads of very affordable items to choose from aswell as new . I ordered the chair on line and they even had it cleaned before I picked it up . Good service nice staff recommended them for value and service .

Really easy to use website. The staff were helpful when I had a question and the online chat was a real person so my questions were answered quickly and clearly. Good selection of products to choose from and the extras are really easy to understand compared to some other websites.

The first one arrived almost bent in half, the replacement second one took a while to be sent out and when it arrived the fixings were not with it (nor were they with the first one). Lot’s of emails back and forth, the fixings eventually arrived.

An awful company to do business with. I need between 40-60 more units, but will find them elsewhere.
