Placed order July 4th

Placed order July 4th, ships in 2-3 days. July 7th told out of stock will update the 10th on inventory shipment. No update. I followed up with a status request July 10th. July 13th update-no shipment, no estimate on receiving stock, I cancelled order. Told few days for refund (paid by cc). July 16th asked for update on refund, 17th they said they would get back to me, didn't. Filed a dispute with the cc company to get my money refunded. As of today, July 18th, you can still place the same order I placed and it says 2-3 day delivery even though they have nothing in stock. Look elsewhere!!

We’re sorry for the frustration surrounding your order and wanted to clarify what happened.

We experienced an unexpected issue with an inbound inventory shipment that delayed your order. In 8 years of business, this was the first time we had encountered an issue like this, and unfortunately it affected a number of customer orders.

Customers impacted by the delay were given the option to continue waiting or cancel for a full refund. When you chose to cancel, we initiated your full refund on July 14. The refund was pending with the payment processor and was subsequently completed back to your original payment.

We completely understand that the changing timeline was frustrating, and we agree that our website should have reflected the inventory delay more quickly. The shipment issue has since been resolved, and we’ve updated our processes to communicate any future delays more clearly.

We’re sorry we weren’t able to deliver the experience you expected and appreciate your feedback.

Awful Company

This is a horrible company to deal with. I ordered a split duvet comforter set, and it was missing some of the ties to tie the duvet to the cover. We went back and forth multiple times...they said they could send me the ties to sew on myself, but then they never sent them. They offered me low refunds, like 4%. The response was almost non-existent. I tried to review them on their website multiple times, but it never showed up! If you look at their website, not one review is below 5 stars. That's because they don't post the bad reviews. Shady company. The product itself is awful. The magnets do not hold the duvet together and they have started rusting.

Still in business???

Of course they deserve zero stars. I'm not convinced this company is still in business. I ordered some sheets on Aug 11, 2023. Today is Sept 11, 2023, and they still haven't shipped anything. Their website says, "All orders are shipped within 12-36 hours from our warehouse in Ontario, CA." I've contacted them multiple times, and I keep getting the same response, "We sincerely apologize for the delay in receiving your order with us. We have been upgrading our fulfillment methods to better serve our customers for the last couple of days due to the courier issue. A small downside of this change is that there will be a slight delay with your order fulfillment. Rest assured, our team is actively working on expediting this process and will make every effort to ship your order as soon as possible." Obviously this is all a scam.
