Efficient delivery and well packaged without oversized box.

Very pleasant taste. Not as sweet as Isostar. On hot days you really notice the difference between just water and water with hydrate powder. Recovery is much better with hydrate.

Lovely customer service initially bit then recently when encountered an issue with my Stapleton veranda they would not consider coming to inspect it or look into the issue. I am not able to recommend purchasing a veranda from this company, especially not the Stapleton one as dirt gathers behind a seal which cannot be accessed and therefore unable to be cleaned and it looks unsightly. Really disappointed with the veranda and customer service at this stage sadly.

Delicious and can feel the hydration gain

My order of ERW hydrate arrived just in time for my 4 day bicycle trip. Using a combination of hydrate and and energy drink in combination with real food, I had a very successful trip with more than 400km and 9000m of climbing.

The sleep/hydration mix got shipped out quick. And it arrived quick too. Took me a while to start using it, but once I did I really enjoyed it. Definitely would get again.

Really good product that helps me staying clear in the head and well hydrated through busy days. The taste is good and fresh as well.

Great product, feel that it really helps me sleep and recover better, especially after a workout! Taste is ok, but would be nice with some different options.

Har brugt hydrate nu i 3 måneder. Hjælper på hovepine ifht. det daglige væskeindtag og i sammenhæng med sportspræstationer. Klart en anbefaling.

I’ve just started using both the hydrate and sleep and am loving the results. I am more alert and focussed during my working day, no 3pm slumps, and haven’t woken up with a headache. It’s great!

Shipping was really efficient , arrived very quickly despite the double typhoon that hit hong kong recently. Will definitely order again!

This supplement is AMAZING…after hitting menopause my once very restful sleep was seeming non existent until I found ERW. I enrolled in a sleep study using the product and was thrilled with the results: more restful sleep, almost no trouble going back to sleep if I woke up and a lowered lowered rate and higher HRV.
I should add that the supplement seems to help with my recovery from hard workouts.
It seems pricey and it is recommended to drink quite a bit of water with it an hour before bed (which made me a little nervous)
but it’s worth every penny and the fluids don’t seem to be a problem at all and probably aid in recovery!
I really can not recommend this supplement enough!
