Heat pump fitted.Great Service from start to finish, shout out to the install guys arrived on time did a great job, I Would definatley recommend this company.

Guys were amazing, Chris and Ryan kept us updated prior to the visit. They had a slightly later start but informed us well in advanced. Serviced the tub as per previous years, installed the insulation that looks so simple on paper but watching the effort required I would not recommend trying yourself. The difference on one night was massive. Temperature drop of only 3 degrees when the outside temperature was down at 5 or below. Normally it was be closer to a 10 degree drop. Then proceeded to install the ASHP. Explained how it all worked and interacted with our tub. The whole job was a long days work. But when the evening drew in they finished the job and left the garden cleaner than they started. It was a pleasure to watch them work and chat to them during the day.

A couple of years ago I bought a tub from these guys and recently had a ASHP fitted by them…. From start to finish they were brilliant, very knowledgeable and extremely efficient. From the guys in the office to the installation team everyone worked above and beyond….. I have no issue in recommending this company to anyone, you will be in good hands.

Faulty hot tub - 2nd time the plug has now melted where the fuse is. Escape hot tubs refusing to help and accept responsibility. Correct 13amp socket fitted on advice of Escape Hot tubs they are now claiming that's the issue, and changing their mind with what they are saying each email I receive. I have had 3 separate independent electricians come and tell me the same thing that its the plug and the tub is pulling too much power but yet they are trying to charge me for a call out and parts even though its under warranty and less than 6 months for them to lie to my face and say its the socket. I wanted it safety checking with all this in mind. I'm not one to leave a review but I have had no choice this time, tried to sort out but company refused. AVOID!

Very happy with our hot tub and outstanding service from Escape Hot Tubs. Matt came to install and the process was very easy, even helping me set up the hose 🤣 There was a slight noise issue, and Matt returned quickly to deal with it. Credit also to Sue who got us all booked in and everything went smoothly. We absolutely love it and are so happy!

Great service from start to finish. Very helpful showroom staff, dealing with all my questions, messages and emails in a very professional manner and in quick time. On the delivery Matt and Carl were excellent, very helpful and made the installation quick and simple. I would definitely use again or recommend to anyone. Excellent service.

We are so pleased that we purchased our tub from Escape and would recommend them to anyone! From the minute we walked into the store we felt at ease. There was no pressure, we was able to take our time, able to sit in different tubs to see which suited us best - all whilst feeling we could ask endless questions answered by the lovely Sue that works there. Sue and Chris were so helpful and nothing was too much. The tub is outstanding and we are so happy with our purchase. Delivery was super quick, our property was respected and the gent who delivered and set up with Chris was brilliant. Even weeks after delivery we are able to message Escape with any questions/uncertainties which we have regarding chemicals and running the tub. Overall brilliant company and super happy customers. Escape hot tubs were very helpful throughout everything including what was required for installation. The installation was easy and they explained everything. Also the after sales was good as they made sure everything was to our liking and if we needed any further help to just ring

Had our Hot Tub for just under a year and our first service to maintain the warranty was carried out today.
In addition to the service, we opted to also have the Kingspan insulation added.
The work was all carried out by Matt who was both professional and friendly.
The tub looks great and hopefully will be back up to temp for a little dip tonight.
