Escape Travel Group Opiniões

From the beginning when I contacted Escape Travel Group, their response gave me hope that I’m in the right place. Their payment structure, made it possible for our group members to pay. We were constantly updated on our monthly payments. We didn’t have to worry about making bookings for flights and accommodation. Their services were beyond expectations and they were able to make our annual women’s day celebration a memorable holiday. We were keep informed throughout our trip. To put the cherry on top, check in on flights we booked by them, check in and check out on our accommodation was also made by them. Their customer service is excellent.

We had the most amazing trip to Maputo and Bilene from booking to coming back home, everything was handled so professionally and stress free. Maputo gave us culture great food and history. Then Bilene was pure paradise. The boat ride was the highlight of our trip. Calm waters, beautiful views, and memories we'll never forget.

I didn't have to worry about anything, it was all taken care off by Escape Travel Group, from booking of shuttle, hotel and the sightseeing busses in Cape Town ,with their package deals, it was all very well organized, I will definitely tell my family and freinds to choose them in future, you guys did well 👍 .

the whole value chain from holiday enquiry, tips and recommendations provided, air and accommodation bookings, air port transfers and the arrangement of holiday programme/activities was handled very professionally and a demonstration of in depth experience by Ophilia and the team. For me the highlight was the level customer care shown by the daily follow up and checking on me from day 1 up to the day I landed back home in Zim. welldone keep up the excellent work.

My trip program or plan as arranged by Escape travel through Ophilia was meticulously put together and executed to the details, flight bookings, airport transfers, tour activities, and I was particularly impressed by the daily follow ups and reminders. I commend you for your professionalism and customer focus not focus on money.

I was lucky enough to win Escape Travel Group’s “Choose your Escape” giveaway last year, and honestly, it was one of the best surprises I’ve had. It was my first time traveling with Escape, and everything was so well-organized, I didn’t have to plan a thing! From the hotel spa stay to the full retreat day, everything was just perfect.

What made it even more special was how personal and relaxing the whole weekend felt. You could tell they put real thought into the experience. I came back feeling refreshed and seriously impressed.

A colleague recommended Escape Travel Group to me, so I decided to try them out for our Easter weekend family trip to Cape Town — and I'm so glad I did!

From the very beginning, they made the whole process super easy and stress-free. They handled everything for us — planning a full itinerary, booking our flights, arranging accommodation, and even suggesting activities we wouldn’t have thought of ourselves. It really felt like they thought of every detail, and it made a huge difference.

The whole trip went so smoothly, and we had an amazing time as a family without having to worry about a thing. Escape Travel Group was reliable, friendly, and always quick to respond whenever we had a question.

Would definitely recommend Them!
