Die Verbindung ist extrem schlecht. Ständig ist die Verbindung weg, und es ist nicht klar, wann die Verbindung wieder steht. Klar meine ich an den gleichen Standort während man da einfach sitzt, ohne eine Strecke zurückzulegen. Die Verbindung ist einfach weg, und viele Minuten später ist sie wieder da und so geht es den ganzen Tag, überall. Überall ist faktisch gemeint. Denn so ging es, als ich das Land betrat, und 2000km durch das Land fuhr , mit vielen Zwischenstopps. In jeder Stadt/Ort, das gleiche Spiel. Verbindung ist weg, Verbindung ist da, Verbindung ist weg, Verbindung ist da. Also ich kann nur sagen, extrem schlecht. Würde es verbrennen, wenn es eine richtige Sim wäre. Für eine weitere Person habe ich den gleichen beschissenen Tarif gewählt (gleichzeitig natürlich, sonst hätte ich garantiert einen anderen Anbieter genommen) , gleiche Sche**e. Daher habe ich dann für eine weitere nicht den Fehler wiederholt und habe eine klassische Sim-Karte gekauft. Die SIM-Karte ist von dem Netzanbieter, worüber auch die ESim verbunden ist. Die klassische Sim Karte funktioniert aber problemlos ohne irgendeine Unterbrechung oder Störung. Das ist aber auch das letzte Jahr bei anderen esims genauso schlecht gewesen. Es war ein anderer esim Anbieter , bzw zwei andere und beide waren genauso schlecht wie diese hier. Damals hatte ich dann immer zwischen den beiden esims gewechselt, häufig hatten aber auch beide verschiedene esims kein Netz. An sich richtig cool, so ne esim, wenn das angebotene auch geliefert wird.

Alle Achtung vor Betrug und Täuschung

Die unlimited Tarife sind nicht unendlich sondern TÄGLICH AUF 3 GB begrenz, die Tarife lohnen sich so garnicht und sind maßlos überteuert für 3 gb pro Tag fast 90 Euro für 30 Tage Internet, das ist Betrug da überall mit unendlich geworben wird.

Wollte mit dem Internet arbeiten aber es geht nicht,
Eine Warnung an alle Urlauber und holt euch lieber einen sim mit täglich 4 gb da spart ihr euch mehr als die Hälfte

I am in the Balkans for 10 days and have bought an ilimited data e-sim.
For now: the service was not reliable in Albania... And did not work for one second in North Macedonia.

I ve sent some very detailed e mails.
E travel Sim answears... But it s perfectly useless.
Today: it still does not work at all.!

Communication and marketing could not replace Technical skills!

I purchased an eSIM to use in Turkey, but unfortunately, it didn’t work. Despite trying all the troubleshooting steps, I couldn’t get it to function. I contacted customer service to report the issue, but they kept asking for proof that the eSIM wasn’t working, including my location. They were dismissive, ignored the core issue—that I had paid for a service that didn’t work—and their responses came across as rude. I informed them that I had to purchase another SIM from a different provider, which worked without any problems. They assured me that I would receive a refund, but it's now been four weeks and I still haven’t received anything.

Achat d'une eSim avant un voyage en Turquie. L'installation s'est fait sans problème sur un smartphone Motorola, mais je n'ai pas pu activer la carte pour des raisons techniques. L'assistance n'a pas réussi à résoudre le problème et a proposé le remboursement.
En résumé, échec technique (pour ce voyage et avec ce smartphone), mais entreprise sérieuse et professionnelle.

I used esim services in the UK. Support responds immediately. I even ran out of data within the FUP and after contacting support they increased it again. I am a very satisfied customer :-)

I purchased 10 day e-simm and got the email how to activate it and then via WhatsApp chat found out it wasn't compatible. I wish i read thoroughly on their website which phones are compatible so am not disappointed knowing it won't work anyway issue was resolved quickly and amicably.

I purchased an eSIM from etravelsim and the first one was giving me a hard d time activating. I immediately reported it to the support team and we tried some ways together into activating it and we failed. That’s when they sent me another one to replace the one with error. Meaning that the service they provide to the client rests in good hand because they are also preoccupied into achieving clients satisfaction. Thanks for carrying. Love you

Got 2 sims for my wife and I for a month in Spain and France. Data works great. I added 100min voice for local calls. At first I was confused because it doesn't show a number when you check the sim and I tried calling the other phone but it wouldn't work, so I contacted customer service by WhatsApp and they checked it out and helped me understand that it wouldn't work to call each other because it was local calls only, and these numbers are UK. which it was exactly what they advertised. Honestly didn't need the 100min of local phone calls, but it was so cheap that it is nice to have incase I want to call a restaurant or hotel, ect. The fact that they patiently responded to my inquiry was super helpful and honestly crazy convenient considering I was able to just message when I had time on my holiday. This is an insane deal compared to my phone provider as it almost cost the same for this as ONE DAY of roaming with my plan from home. Great value great customer service.

BIG SCAM! Their “unlimited” data plan is a big SCAM. You only get around 4GB per day, and after that, the speed drops or it just stops working. So basically, you're paying for something labeled unlimited that’s very much… limited. Make it make sense. 🙃

Aber, unlimited Datenvolumen ist voraussichtlich grundsätzlich nicht möglich. Meine unlimited Datenrate wurde sofort auf 4 GB eingeschränkt (pro Tag).

Also unbedingt vorher genau lesen. Die Möglichkeit der Datenvolumen Einschränkungen gibt es für den Anbieter und hiervon wird auch Gebrauch gemacht.

Well recommend!!! I have a mistake on buying US Esim when i was on brazil not knowing it wont work on brazil..so i reached out on there whatapp and notify the problem..then they make actions to refund my US Esim...thanks alot team etravelsim🫡🫡🫡

Worked for one day, then stopped working. Support chat wasn't answered.

Update: Returned to connect on the third day after I had found out that the problem was erroneous APN info given in the installation email. Deleting it and letting the network figure it out itself fixed the problem.
