Service client inexistant
Très beau site internet mais service client inexistant. J'attends toujours une réponse à mes mails. J'ai fini par tout renvoyer et j'ai acheté ailleurs.
J'estime que c'est un minimum de répondre aux questions (problème de correspondance dans la taille de chaussures d'escalade).
Non possono spedire al tuo indirizzo!
Un sito che funziona in una maniera orribile, non si capisce se il problema e il metodo di pagamento che hanno o e il sito che non funziona, però ogni volta che cerco di acquistare un prodotto compare una finestra con un messaggio in inglese: "Sorry, an error has occured, We are not able to ship your order to your adress. Please enter a different address."
Quindi tutte le volte che trovo qualcosa in outlet che mi piace sono costretto a spedire quello che acquisto in un servicepoint, perchè loro non possono spedire al mio indirizzo. Una cosa vergognosa, mai vista una cosa del genere.
They Don’t Honour There Advertised Price
This company doesn’t live up to their pricing.
False and misleading advertised price which is more money when it came to checkout. The checkout price for the item was higher the advertised price in the email. No correction notice was issued and no apology was made. “Apology for my inconvenience” is not good enough. A fair and equitable resolution would be, HONOUR THE ADVERTISED PRICE! Customer service is of no assistance. What is customer service there for ?. They don’t own up to their advertised price and they are not transparent to their customers. No ownership. Not shopping here anymore. Very Bad Experience
Größe M und Größe S gleich groß
Habe Handschuhe in Größe M gekauft weil die in Größe S zu klein waren. Kam heute an und jetzt sind beide Paare genau gleich groß obwohl es unterschiedliche Größen sein sollten und auch in einem Paar M drin steht und im anderen S.

sehr teure „Wegwerfstöcke“
Ich habe 3x Black Diamond Distance Carbon Z und 1x Alpin Carbon Z Wanderstöcke. Ich möchte vorraussetzen, das der Versand vom Verkäufer immer gut geklappt hat, meine Kritik richtet sich gegen den Hersteller Black Diamond, dem es offensichtlich völlig egal ist, ob seine Produkte verwendbar sind oder nicht.
Bei den Distance Carbon Z Wanderstöcken:
Schon nach einem Monat nach dem Kauf ist ein Tech/Flex Tips abgebrochen.
Jetzt ist auch noch der Verschluss-Knopf abgebrochen.
Bei den Alpin Carbon Z Wanderstöcken:
Zuerst ist das unterste Segment mitten am Berg beim gehen einfach abgefallen.
Auch da ist jetzt ein Tech/Flex Tips abgebrochen.
Eine Woche später hat sich beim obersten Segment das Griffelement so abgelöst, daß man den Stock nicht mehr arretieren kann, weil der gelbe Faden jetzt viel zu lange ist. Der Stock hat jetzt vier Segmente.
Beim Telefonat mit Black Diamond im Sept. 2024 hat mir der Herr am Telefon mitgeteilt, er könne mir da auch nicht weiterhelfen, und überhaupt sei das Büro erst wieder im Oktober besetzt. Auf meine Anfrage per Mail direkt an den Hersteller Black Diamond vom 03.09.2024 habe ich bis heute (17.11.2024) keine Antwort erhalten.
Die Tech/Flex Tips für die Distance Carbon Z gibt es von Black Diamond NICHT als Ersatzteil !
Das Oberteil kann man lt. Black Diamond nicht reparieren. Für das unterste Segment habe ich mir noch ein „Spezialwerkzeug“ gebastelt, damit ich den Teil reparieren kann. Aber ohne Ersatzteile und ohne Reaktion vom Hersteller oder Reperaturanleitung geht halt dann auch nix mehr.
Somit sind diese Teile also nichts anderes als sehr teure „Wegwerfstöcke“ (Bei einem Durchschnittspreis von 165.- Euro). Von vier Paaren kann ich jetzt zwei Paare entsorgen. Danke für Null Service an den Hersteller !
After ordering two sets of trekking…
After ordering two sets of trekking poles on-line, I received an onslaught of unsolicited spam emails from a multitude of different companies. Given that Black Diamond was the only company that I had placed a recent on-line order with (and was the only on-line company that I wasn't familiar with), I can only assume that they sold my email address.
When I tried to make a formal complaint by phone, I was directed by voicemail to send them (yet another) email.
I will never do business with this company again.

Headlamp battery/charger delivered to Ireland from EU store within 5 days. Quite satisfied. Prices fair and products are quality. Only small complaint was no email issued for item dispatched - just one to say order was being processed, so I wasn't sure of progress. Main thing is it arrived in timely fashion!
Great Customer Service
When my Black Diamond headlamp stopped working, my husband urged me to contact them (he is a snowskier and was very familiar with their brand). Their customer service department was responsive and helpful, and they completely replaced the unit free of charge. They didn't know this, but I have eye issues and I use that headlamp for all kinds of purposes on a daily basis. I'm grateful for their help and appreciate how they stand behind their products!
Top Austauschservice - sehr schnell und zuverlässig
Trailrunning-Stöcke aus Carbon wurden mir sofort ersetzt. Nach dem Upload der Fotos und einer sehr freundlichen und hilfsbereiten Kommunikation per Mail wurden mir neue Carbonstöcke innerhalb weniger Tage per Post zugesandt. Nicht einmal die defekten Stöcke musste ich einsenden. Sehr fair, vor allem da ich bald einen wichtigen Ultralauf habe und neue Carbonstöcke benötige. If you expect to receive your order...
If you expect to receive your order in a reasonable timeframe, or at all, steer clear of Black Diamond Equipment. Their delivery service is nothing short of a disaster. After spending a significant amount of money on gear, one would expect a minimum level of professionalism, but that’s far from the case. My order took weeks, if not months, to arrive. And when I say arrive, I mean the package was lost in some sketchy shipping network with no reliable updates.
Tracking is nonexistent, the information is vague, and getting in touch with their customer service is like running an obstacle course. You either get automated responses or, worse, no response at all. It's as if they don't care about their customers or think we have all the time in the world to waste. It's an outright scandal for a brand that’s supposed to be a leader in the outdoor industry. Black Diamond seriously needs to overhaul their logistics if they want to be taken seriously. Honestly, at this point, I would have been faster picking up the gear myself."

"Si vous voulez recevoir votre commande dans un délai raisonnable, ou même tout court, passez votre chemin avec Black Diamond Equipment. Leur service de livraison est catastrophique. Après avoir déboursé une somme conséquente pour du matériel, on pourrait s'attendre à un minimum de professionnalisme, mais c'est tout le contraire. Ma commande a pris des semaines, pour ne pas dire des mois, à arriver. Et quand je dis arriver, je veux dire que le colis était perdu dans un réseau de transport douteux, sans jamais de mise à jour fiable de leur part.
Le suivi est inexistant, les informations sont floues, et contacter leur service client relève du parcours du combattant. On se retrouve face à des réponses automatiques ou pire, aucune réponse du tout. C’est à se demander s’ils se soucient vraiment de leurs clients ou s’ils pensent que nous avons tout le temps du monde à perdre. Un véritable scandale pour une marque censée être à la hauteur dans le domaine de l'outdoor. Black Diamond devrait revoir sa logistique avant de prétendre être un acteur sérieux. D'ailleurs, à ce stade, j'aurais été plus rapide à pied pour aller chercher le matériel moi-même.
Terrible quality
Terrible quality. Jacket started falling apart after very little use. Their warranty department refused to honor their warranty. The jacket is clearly defective. The BD dry membrane started delaminating after only very light use as a city rain jacket, light bike riding, and strolling around. Total joke and ripoff. Don't buy.
Disillusioned
Utterly disillusioned with Black Diamond. Currently communicating with them about a replacement part for a pole and getting absolutely no feedback despite weeks of trying. Since I am writing this, I previously had a head torch with intermittent fault which was returned via retailer. Torch was sent back to me saying working fine but fault resumed first time in use. Afraid I didn't have the will to pursue further and bought a Petzl one which has been excellent. You really need to believe that this type of thing is dependable and I can no longer believe this of Black Diamond.

The company spams you with the offer of…
The company spams you with the offer of a 15% discount code if you sign up and join their mailing list. At no point in time does the website state that the discount code only applies to certain items or can be used under certain conditions. After wasting a bunch of time to sign up, I go to the checkout for an item that I was intending to purchase and after inputting the code, I am informed that the discount is not applicable to this item.
Businesses should be more clear about how their discount codes can be utilised and should not waste peoples time by getting them to sign up to mailing lists with false promises.

Die Spitze meines Trekking Stockes ist abgebrochen und das Ersatzteil war nicht mehr käuflich zu haben.
Der Service konnte mir aber aus ihren Beständen einen Lower Shaft besorgen, so dass ich meine über Jahre geliebten Stöcke wieder benutzen kann.

Teure Lieferung - Tank Embleme
Tank Embleme erhalten, Quali gut.
Kommunikation leider nicht gut. Einmal keine Antwort, bei der zweiten Nachfrage Tracking Link, der nicht funktionierte. Insgesamt 11 Tage Lieferzeit. Zwei Embleme Ca. 50€ + 11€ Versand + irrsinnige 13€ Zoll nach Deutschland = ca. 74 €. Steht in keinem Verhältnis.

Marked my orders as fraud, kept my money for a week, and I never received the products. Refuse to help me unblock my account because of their mistake and "that's how our system works." Strung me along for weeks before telling me there is no way to place an order, even though I opened a new bank account and paypal account to match their system.
The most over rated company. They churn out so much crap and since I was only purchasing for a friend, they've learned a lesson and converted to other brands. I would always choose a quality petzl item even if it is slightly more dollars.
