Har købt deres H6061 og produktet virker nogenlunde. Men hvis man skal bruge nyt tape eller connectors så tilbyder Govee ikke det. Så reelt kan ikke genbruge dem f.eks. ved omplacering og lignende...

I was a bit worried when reading the reviews but everything was perfectly fine. I did pay additional 2 euro fee for insurance but clearly there was no need. The order was shipped from Germany on the day of the order and arrived to me in Poland with 3 business days. Lamp was packed securely, nothing broke during the transportation. All good

Ho comprato 2 catene Govee Icicle lights da 20 metri pensando fosse un prodotto premium visto il prezzo.. Dopo circa 2 settimane una parte di 5 metri di una delle 2 catene luminose ha iniziato a funzionare male prima rimanendo i led fissi e poi spegnendosi del tutto, dopo un'altra settimana anche l'altra ha manifestato lo stesso difetto. Sarò stato sfortunato io? Il servizio clienti è inesistente! Mai più prodotti da questa azienda

2 Mal was bestellt und nix bekommen. Laut einem chinesischen Tracking das seitens eu.govee.com genutzt wird wurde es (eine ali Express trackingnr) geliefert. Keine dhl oder vergleichbare trackingnr für den inländischen Transport. Support = null keine Antworten auf meine mails, kein Impressum…

I purchased the latest generation of Govee Outdoor Lights, the Outdoor Flood Lights 2, product H8057.

These are supposed to work with Google Home. THEY DO NOT WORK WITH GOOGLE HOME.

I have tried to connect them more than 100 times and they will not connect. They connect in the Govee app but Google Home does not find them. EVER.

I have even had my broadband provider make a special 2 4Ghz wifi band just for them and they still cannot be found by Google Home.

I have tried connecting via Matter using the QR Code provided by Govee on the product. You guessed it. Google Home provides the message 'failed to generate device credentials'.

THESE GOVEE GARDEN FLOODLIGHTS ARE NOT FIT FOR PURPOSE.

The support messages make you wait for days between each reply. They drip feed you irrelevant questions and ask you for information that you have previously supplied numerous times before. They purposely try to make you give up.

THIS IS A JOKE.

We had an issue with the LED strip on one of the lamps. After reaching out via email with a photo of the problem, they promptly sent a replacement lamp. The issue was resolved quickly and efficiently—great service!

I invested in a Govee icicle light system. I was very happy with the light display and the functionality and scenes and the control of percentage of brightness etc. Very advanced and very spectacular.

Unfortunately, although it lasted over the entire Christmas period, being on every day for a month, the end section (2m I think) went off. I contacted govee and they immediately offered me a refund which I accepted. They did not ask me to send it back which saved me time and effort. I am now going to buy another one because it was so good. I hope the next one will not break.

It would be interesting to know if there is a certain number of hours the LEDs will remain good for. Anyway, thank you. I am satisfied.

Lysnettet har bragt glæde hver dag i december.
Har købt Govee Net light. 0,85x2,87m. Produktet virker som det skal og er overrasket over hvor tydelige animationerne er.
Man skal dog stå nærmest foran nettet for at få App'en til at virke.

They don’t answer, they are not prepared, they know nothing about their products.
They do not cover anything waranty, they do not reply to your emails
They are scammers

Gute Produkte, miserabler Support

Poor service and poorly made products no difference to cheap Chinese quality so please don't bother wasting your money. When you contact them for an issue if it's out of warranty they won't replace. You buy something from amazon they are more about customer service and look at the issue first rather than their warranties! Lights for £60 + would be premium products answer you expect better service. I purchased lots of govee lights but won't buy their brand again

My Govee Thermo-Hygrometer suddenly stopped working. I wrote to Govee customer service and got the best service. Only a few days later, a new device arrived directly in my mailbox.
I can only recommend Govee. Super products and fantastic service.

Govee er et fantastisk firma, der laver masser af lysprodukter. Govee siger at der er 5-8 dages leveringstid i alt. levering tog 5 dage. jeg købte et 5 m Govee RGBIC Pro Light Strip. er mega glad med produktet.
