We are sorry to hear that the payment process gave you some trouble. We do always recommend using a PC as it's where our systems run best. However, in terms of the iPad, we suggest the root cause might actually be the browser rather than the device itself, because iPads tend to select Safari. If you had trouble with it in the future, we definitely recommend a different browser if possible. Of course, we are happy to help you out step by step if you give us a ring :)

Floris - Best customer service I have experienced
Floris, from Customer Service, is absolutely excellent!
He was incredibly helpful, professional, and fast. He showed initiative in helping me solve my problem, going the extra step to help a customer. He is clearly someone who puts a lot of effort into his profession and I had the most pleasant customer service experience with him.
The background story: I have ordered a pair of jeans, but due to moving into a newly built building, Yodel, was not able to deliver them to me. The reason was that my building operates a somewhat complex delivery system where it needs to be received by the internal parcel team. The caveat is that to deliver it to the parcel team, one has to go to a special underground depot - and that is tricky to find. Floris recommended I re-order the product and assured me that he will personally supervise the next order using my specified instruction on how to deliver the item. The payment for the first order was refunded within 2 working days, and the second delivery was completed at the fastest possible time without any hick-ups. I have Floris to thank and will certainly continue to be a customer of Lee.

My item was lost for over a month weeks…
My item was lost for over a month weeks but staff managed to confirm what had happened to the item and offered me a full refund. This took some time and I believe it was due to Brexit-related delivery delays etc. I'm just glad this is resolved and I have something to show for it.
