Great CS support when facing delivery issues
Shipment follow up with DPD was really bad. I had conflicting information when trying to follow up on my shipment. Luckily Marco Vaneggelen, from customer service, helped to check the shipment and everything got delivered iso being sent back to the warehouse.

Best service! Marco was very kind and understanding. First he helped me out with an item that was disappeared on the website. The day after he let me know that I could order it ont he site. A week later (after I ordered the item), he helped me with an issue about the delivery service. After a phonecall, he kept me up to date via mail. Excellent!

Result of contact: cancellation. I simply asked if my order could also be shipped to a Hermes shop instead, even after I entered my home delivery address. Instead of answering my simple question, the Lee customer 'service' CANCELLED my order without consulting me first! This is unheard of! How dare you without asking me FIRST?
