Terrible soporte al cliente, ellos cobran y se desentienden. Si no te llega el pedido ya te apañaràs. Me gusta la marca pero con esta atención al cliente, nunca más.

Tres pedidos seguidos con problemas. 0 respuesta por su parte.

Lee used to be my go-to brand for…

Lee used to be my go-to brand for jeans. The quality has decreased immensely. I bought a pair, washed it, went out crumpled like paper. I will never wear this pair of jean, such a waste of money and cotton. My older pair that was washed at the same time went out perfectly.
I'm going to need to find a new brand..

Parcel never arrived, refund 1.5 month later

I ordered 2 summer tops. Package was delayed 2 weeks at firtst. Then sent to wrong pickup point 30miles distance. Then cancellation was not possible. Customer needs to initiate contact al the time. After 1.5 month finally got my money back. Never received the summer tops nor had any excuse.

Thanks for the late excuse Lee, but customer friendlyness does not start with an obligatory trustpilot reaction. Please really change reach out to a customer.

Bei Retoure wird immer eine Bearbeitungsgebühr fällig

Die Lieferung erfolgte schnell und die Ware war auch ok, aber mir wurden 2,50€ bei der Retoure abgezogen als Bearbeitungsgebühr für die Hose und das T-Shirt was nicht gepasst hat.
Das finde ich nicht in Ordnung. Bei Levis wird keine Bearbeitungsgebühr berechnet.
Das sollte Lee einmal überdenke ob das
gerechtfertigt ist
Oh ich habe festgestellt Lee hat sich das mit den Retourekosten noch einmal überlegt!
Sie haben die Retourekosten von 2;50€ auf 3,75€ erhöht.
Lee ist der erste Shop den ich kenne der solche Gebühren erhebt.
Da Kleidungsstücke nun einmal verschieden ausfallen, kommt es ungewollt zu Retouren, dafür wird der Kunde von Lee zur Kasse gebeten.
Schlechter Kundenservice.

Seriously the worst return and exchange ever I’m not even done doing it yet but what in the heck is up with that? It’s horrific and that whole site is a big mess and I never make reviews for websites but that’s how mad I am at it.

Good helpdesk and honest complaint process

Filed a complaint on my jeans that i bought 3 or 4 months earlier and got a quick and kind response from the helpdesk. Had to send over few photos of the issue and after a week or so they had concluded that there indeed was a defect and i could get my money back

No refund and no news for 2 weeks

Ordered an item on 11/5. Took them 5 days just to process my order. No email confirmation of order except shipping confirmation from Yodel on 16/5. The ordered item turned out was too big. Made the return on 19/5 and now it’s almost two weeks since I’ve returned my order. Yodel tracking shows that it was returned. No refund and AGAIN no confirmation email whatsoever. You’re never gonna know what’s going on with your order and return. Avoid at all cost.

Solved an issue I had with the button falling of my jeans. Quality-control reviewed the pictures and Lee refund my money. Including a discount for future purchase.

Very good in general

Very good in general. I could not make use of my voucher due to a technical problem, after a short email conversation they solved it well. They also helped by phone later with the return art. Codes that were not clear in the return sheet. One advice to consider adjustment of the service time on the phone to most consumers shopping hours.

I contacted Lee via the website after a pair of jeans I purchased got a hole in them, after only 3 months. Within 24 hours, I'd had my first email from them asking for photos and product details and within the next 24 hours, I'd had further reply to say they had fully refunded me and given me a 20% discount code to use on my next purchase without any challenge or hassle. Really appreciated the 5 ⭐️ customer service and friendly, prompt emails from Marco! Thanks again.
