¡Maravillosa atención al cliente! ¡Preciosísimos vaqueros! No puedo estar más contenta con todo! Compré 4 vaqueros diferentes y quedaban como un guante y comodísimos, no me esperaba tanto. Y si tienes cualquier duda o problema el trato y la educación de la atención al cliente es exquisito, ( me atendió Daniela, exquisito trato y educación), y además tuve un problema porque tenia que cambiar de talla y entonces perdía el descuento, y lo arreglaron y no lo perdí, algo que no hace casi nadie!! Lo recomiendo encarecidamente, te sentirás cuidado y muy guapa!! También compré levis y me decepcionó, pone un numero de atención al cliente y luego nunca lo cogen, es desesperante! Gracias por todo Daniela!! Ojalá todo el mundo fuera como usted!! Por su trato ya compraré todo el Lee!! Un saludo

Warte seit 10 Tagen auf Erstattung von 300 Euro
Frechheit. Retourenverarbeitung dauert +10 Tage. Geld wurde natürlich direkt bei Bestellung abgegbucht. Warte weiterhin auf 300 Euro Erstattung ohne beim Kundendienst eine Rückmeldung auf meine vermehrten Kontaktaufnahmen zu bekommen.

10 star customer service
Bought a pair of jeans for my boyfriend last Xmas, his favorites, Brooklyn Straight. Unfortunately the zipper broke 10/11 months down the line and after a short phone call was directed to a very helpful and instructional email. I sent in the requested information and pictures of the broken zipper and within a very short amount of time I got confirmation for a refund!!
Once the refund is transferred to my account I will be sure to re-order the same product again.
The Lee Team offers a very refreshing and outstanding level of customer service. Polite, friendly, very helpful and best outcome I had hoped for. Thanks again!

Bestelling helaas moeten retourneren. Terugbetaling ontvangen echter niet het volledige bedrag. Telefonisch contact opgenomen. Medewerkster stond mij op een fijne manier goed te woord en vertelde dat zij het zou doorgeven en dat ik dezelfde dag nog van haar via de mail zou horen. Restant terugbetaling binnen een paar uur geregeld en bericht ontvangen. Klasse, dank u wel! Een foutje kan altijd gemaakt worden. Het gaat om de manier waarop eea wordt opgelost. Dank je Ana. Uitstekend!

Terrible
Terrible! I placed an order on October 5th. I haven't had any update since. No order has been processed no shipping, nothing. I have written emails and have had nothing but auto responses. I called their customer service line to cancel and get a refund they say I can't get a refund until I receive my order and I return it. What!!! My order is close to 100 dollars. I will never order from Lee online again.

Worst experience with Lee.
Website said the item would be shipped in 1 to 5 days, 8 days later, the order status still shows as "new". I've emailed the Customer service 3 times and they haven't gotten back to me once. At that point, I'm assuming I'll never receive the item I ordered and I've just lost 100$...

Goede service na vraag over korting op een broek die ik wilde terugsturen maar graag overgezet zag worden op een broek die ik wilde behouden. Zij hebben dit netjes aangepast. Hoop dat het ook afloopt zoals hierboven beschreven maar ik heb er vertrouwen in!
Zonde toch om alles terug te sturen en de bestelling opnieuw te plaatsen.

HORRIBLE QUALITY, MATERIAL & ONLINE PROCESSING.
If I could Rate Lee.com less than a #1, I would. The Online Store does not ship what you order, wrong sizes & different styles than ordered, then they want to charge a $6.95 Processing Fee for Your Returning Their Inaccurately shipped merchandise. The quality of workmanship & of the clothing material is very cheap. I would avoid ordering anything from Lee.com

Zamawiam już 3 raz i jestem bardzo zadowolona. Dziś robiłam zwrot i miałam problem,bo na moim profilu nie wyświetlało się zamówienie. Pan na infolinii pomógł mi bardzo sprawnie. Wysłał mi etykiete na maila i jutro zrobię zwrot. Był przy tym bardzo miły. Po kilku niemiłych sytuacjach w sklepach stacjonarnych robię zakupy przez internet. Jestem bardzo zadowolona z obsługi w sklepie internetowym lee tym bardziej,ze dzwoniłam o 17.50 a obsługa jest do 18.00. Pan nie dał mi odczuć, że trochę późno dzwonię. Dziękuję i będę u Was zamawiać.
