I tried to return an order with Lee and…

I tried to return an order with Lee and there was no option anywhere on the website to get a return label, I then requested one form customer service which send me a return label that had already been used, resulting in me not being able to return the package. I asked for valid return label m but did not get any responses till now. If free returns are advertised it needs to be made possible for the customer to easily return the item.

Eigentlich alles bestens würdet ihr…

Eigentlich alles bestens würdet ihr nicht mit UPS zusammen arbeiten.
Der Fahrer fährt seit 3 Tagen mit meinem Paket herum, ohne es abzugeben.
UPS ist zu mindest hier in Hamburg das unzuverlässigste Paketunternehmen.
Und die sendungsverfolgung und das callcenter eine Schande.

US Lee is not genuine...cheating

My order Id: L000036700.
I purchased a shirt in cash on delivery...size and quality was not good...so, returned it... customer service is not at all active...i didn't get my refund till now.... CHEATING... All options to contact are closed...fake website and people... No one is there to answer... I regret that I chose this website to buy shirt... always Amazon and Flipkart is best ever...these are deceiving and looting websites.... please think many times to go to these kinds of websites... not worth...i lost my money...

Klantenservice reageert niet

Na een bestelling van een aantal basic shirts heb ik contact gezocht met de klantenservice. Na de eerste wasbeurt was de pasvorm van de shirts veranderd. In eerste instantie liep het contact vlot en werden er foto's door mij toegestuurd. Vervolgens al weken niets meer gehoord ondanks meerdere herinnering mails.

28-10: Inmiddels gebeld door Lee, probleem wordt nu opgepakt.

In love with the brand AND customer service

In love with the brand for many many years. And now in love with their customer service as well. First time afters so many years I had an issue with a retour. My motto: it's not about the problem, it's about how you solve the problem. And Lee's customer service in the Netherlands (Marco) is the absolute master. He was on top of it and did not let go until it was solved. And kept in touch on updates all the time. Thanks!

Fehlendes Rücksendeetikett und kein Kundenservice erreichbar

An die Mitarbeiter von Lee,

Obwohl ich der Anleitung auf der Lee- Webseite gefolgt bin und meine Rücksendung heute auf der Lee-Webseite angemeldet habe, wird auf der Lee-Webseite kein Rücksendeetikett erstellt. Die Webseite muss einen Fehler haben, da kein Rücksendeetikett angezeigt wird. Und mir wurde das Rücksendeetikett auch nicht per Mail gesendet. Als ich Lee telefonisch versucht habe zu erreichen, kam ein Anrufbeantworter mit der Ansage, dass aufgrund eines Feiertages der Kundenservice nicht erreichbar sei. Heute ist kein Feiertag. ( 24.06.)
Ich bitte Sie mir ein Rücksendeetikett für meine Bestellnummer 200000264531 zeitnah per Mail zu senden! Ich wollte das Paket eigentlich heute bereits zurücksenden, aber wegen dem fehlenden Rücksendeetikett ging es leider nicht! Bitte um schnelle Hilfe, da Lee hier offensichtlich einen technischen Defekt mit meinem Rücksendeetikett hat!

Great customer service

I had a few questions about the materials of the jeans and after that I needed assistance picking out replacements for some old pairs of Lee jeans. Shirana at Lee provided excellent service, explained everything I needed to know in detail and sent me two good recommendations to replace my old pairs.

Marco is the best!

Voor het eerst sinds jaren had ik een verkeerde maat jeans online gekocht. Even naar de klantendienst gebeld. Eerst en vooral : onmiddellijk antwoord! En het probleem werd ook direct aangepakt en opgelost door Marco. Ik koop erg veel online en soms kan er iets mislopen maar de beste klantendienst is bij Lee. En daarom koop ik enkel Lee!

I could not ask for better service from start to finish. Having nor worn Lee jeans for many years I was given excellent advice on the best fit for the style I was after.

Ich hatte versehentlich den gleichen…

Ich hatte versehentlich den gleichen Retourenschein für zwei Pakete verwendet welche ich innerhalb von ca 1 Woche abschickte. Das zweite Paket konnte leider eine Zeit lang nicht aufgefunden werden.
Die Kundenbetreuerin bearbeitete den Sachverhalt sehr gewissenhaft.
Diese war zu jedem Zeitpunkt höflich und freundlich. Der Sachverhalt selbst war etwas doof aber so eine gute Kundenbetreuerin zu haben machte die Sache gleich viel besser !
