Awesome product, awesome support
The Mowrator product itself is an amazing, very well-built machine, it literally chews through the tallest, weediest grass as if it was slicing through a light breeze. And it's genuinely fun to use (who would've thought that a lawnmower would ever be fun).
What is more important is after-sales support, especially when spending a few thousand euros on such an item: I encountered a problem with the LiFePO4 battery and rather than needing to ship it out for service, I was simply sent a new replacement battery within a few days.
Nowadays it's not uncommon for a company to "loop hole" their way out of a warranty, so it was a breath of fresh air to experience this level of no-nonsense support from Mowrator. I cannot praise this enough, and it has affirmed for me that this item was money well spent.
