Bought the S1 2WD during Kickstarter campaign. Ran extremely well for 2 years. Blade Motor started giving me overheating warnings(likely my fault for not keeping deck clean). Contacted support. They sent out new motor, with instructions and I was able to install and get back to mowing. Great product cannot say enough good things!

We participated in the Mowrator Kickstarter program and received our S1 AWD Mowrator as a premium.
We have a 10 acre farm in West Virginia with typical mountain topography. Most of our property is steep grades. We typically maintained the vegetation with weed eaters and brush cutters. Although we do not cut the entire property it usually took around 3 days to manage the area around the barn, cabin and log lot. With the Mowrator that time reduced to hours vs days. We are not as young as we use to be and climbing slopes or bending to reach down hill areas to maintain vegetation got harder as time went on. The Mowrator made a huge difference in our property maintenance. This thing is a mountain goat with enormous electric power. It cuts high weeds, usually invasive species, with ease. Several of the Mowrator software upgrades which were in response to the user community's suggested changes made this remote mower a true beast.
What we will attest to is the Mowrator is backed by one of the best company culture customer centric group we have had the pleasure to interact with. From the most basic to the more complex issues the Mowrator After Sales Support team is top tier and have always been dedicated to resolution.
It is not unusual while cutting the area along the road frontage to stop and answer questions from people driving by. Honestly there have been several times where we were giving Mowrator training to curious neighbors and letting them cut the grass (I feel like Tom Sawyer without a fence).
Our Mowrator has become a multi season machine and now transforms to the Snowrator which doubles as the the Graderator in leveling dirt and stone.
As a final thought for our review we would buy another Mowrator without hesitation. With out a doubt it is our best most valuable property maintenance machine.

I purchased the Mowrator because I was experiencing back pain from pushing a traditional mower around my property. After using it for several months, I can honestly say it has made lawn care much easier and far less physically demanding.

One of the biggest advantages is being able to mow remotely without constantly pushing a heavy machine. It has been especially helpful for tall grass, vines, and rough areas near the woods where I would normally have to crawl under bushes or maneuver in awkward positions.

I was also pleasantly surprised by how well it handles leaf collection when equipped with the high-lift suction blades. It saves me additional yard work during the season.

Another unexpected benefit is that my two German Shepherds have become quite interested in it and often watch it work around the yard. It has become part of our outdoor routine.

Customer service has also been responsive. When I had questions and suggestions, they took the time to listen and even sent me high-lift blades to try.

No product is perfect, and there is always room for future improvements, but overall the Mowrator has significantly reduced the physical strain of lawn maintenance and helped me take care of areas that were difficult to reach before. For anyone dealing with back pain, a larger property, or challenging terrain, it is definitely worth considering.

Although I love the lawn mower, the customer support has gone downhill in a super fast way. I ordered regular tires and received wide tires & I have to submit some 'bullsh**' google something or another to get it resolved. I am very unhappy about this.

I recently purchased the Mowrator S1 4WD and I am thoroughly impressed. This machine truly delivers 'Gas-power performance with Electric convenience.' It handles the thick grass and hilly terrain of my Massachusetts yard with ease. The 1600W motor provides incredible torque, and the vacuum/mulching capability is a game-changer for leaf season.
What truly sets Mowrator apart, however, is their customer service. I worked with Marina and Ria regarding some personal concerns after my order arrived. They were professional, empathetic, and went above and beyond to ensure I was 100% satisfied with my investment. It is rare to find a tech company that treats its customers with such high levels of care and respect.

My house sits on 3 acres, much of it too steep for a conventional lawn mower. I live in California so keeping weeds under control is critical due to fire danger. I’ve used a Mowrator 4WD for several years and could not be more pleased with its performance. I’m elderly and have a bad back. Without my Mowrator I’d have to contract out my weed abatement work. Mowrator is a game changer.

The machine is absolutely incredible and it has actually made mowing fun! I had a question on reversing and get responses right away including follow-up answers which were not forgotten. Definitely recommending this machine!

Mowrator, the remote controlled mower that can do it all! This mower is the same size, (21 inch) as a regular mower, but is much more useful. It not only mows your lawn, but can tackle tough grown up areas with ease. My favorite thing about this mower is how it can climb my steep hill. This keeps me from climbing on the hill and falling down, which I have done several times In the past. It gives my old knees and back a much needed rest. The Mowrator customer support is great! I've had a couple of issues, firmware update and a battery that died. Marina came through both times and my issues were solved quickly. I have owned my Mowrator for nearly a year and an very satisfied with it and the customer service. If you need a new mower, check out the Mowrator. You will be pleasantly surprised.

I had a problem with the remote on my new Mowrator, and Marina at Mowrator worked out the problem, within one day. Great service from a great company! Thanks Marina, and Morator.

Mowrator replaced my standard blade with an upgraded mulching blade free of cost when I asked how to improve the cutting performance. My only complaint is the time lag between the question and the response. Their headquarters are located 13 hours away and a response usually arrives in my mailbox at 2or3 am.

The customer service is top notch, even on a Sunday. I didn't expect a answer until Monday or later, but Ria took care of everything I needed. I would highly recommend mowrators products and service.

I really love my mowrator it's made my life more easier with cutting my yard before mowrator it's would take me many days cut my yard of how big yard is with push mower now with mowrator I get my yard cut one day that's makes me very happy ...

With mowrator it's self I had small problem with mower with help from mowrator team got it's too update it's now it's running just find .... For it's bumper to bumper warranty very high standards with customer support ....

For cutting power on battery one change on battery will cutting my big yard on one change.... My mower 2 wheel drive mode .... It's works ok on small hills which my yard have

For towing small wagon works just fine for your yard tool from place to place .... You don't have carry heavy tools around your yard ....

Over all it's great mower with remote mower was very easy use I order hand control for remote control help me too make it's easy handle remote with just one hand without hand control I would accidentally turn mower off with hand control work fixed that problem .... Over all it's great mower with all updated fixed it's problem

For cutting high grass it's works great I was out playing with mowrator on city land where grass was around 14 in high it's cut it's no problem I had people stopping too ask me about mowrator how well it's was cutting yard .... I want too test it's cutting power now long it's battery would cut for in very high grass it's cut your cutting time down that's ok .... It's cut high grass with high grass you can used it's for calibrating your remote control to the robot inside the remote setting with worked great ....

For charging time on battery it's fully charged 90 minute from zero battery ....

For charging of remote control around 6 hours it's hold change on remote control for more then one cutting power .... It's battery on remote control very powerful

For cleaning it's very easy with its cleaning Port on top of mower just hookup garden hose to mowrator cleaning Port and turn mower on run water .... It's clean all grass off mower .... Cleaning grass off mower I used soft broom brush cleaner grass off mower .... On top mower got sensor that needs to be kept clean or your mower will not work right ....

For it's safely features work very well .... With anti-crash features that can be turned on and off but it's not recommended to turn off anti-crash .... For walking in front of mower it's turn off before it's hit something that's get safely features .... With high grass you need turn off anti-crash features because it's will not cut high grass because thinking you are going crash into something 😂 .... Yes you can sit in chair cut your grass ....

For bagging your grass I don't used it's so I don't know how well it's works.... I don't like dumplings grass cutting it's too much like work ....

For auto dumplings I don't have one

For snow shovel it's not compatible with two wheel drive models

This "beast" of a machine has exceeded all expectations, transforming the arduous task of clearing overgrown acreage into a safe, efficient, and genuinely satisfying experience. Even adults need to play and epic utility turns a task into an adventure ! .. it’s addictive la fun !

Wonderful mower with smart well considered attachments. Powerfully built, easy to use, extremely durable for any property. It has exceeded our expectations in everyway. For a large working ranch it does an excellent job. Easy to maintain. Great customer service. Simply the best. A year and a half later we are buying another this year so we can mow the acres twice as fast with two of us working. Thank you Mowrator for your amazing mower and continuously growing line of excellent attachments.

I bought my 4 WD S1 almost two years ago now and this mower has made taking care of my lawn enjoyable. My property is .80 of an acres with eight large oak trees and an incline. This mower is powerful it will cut thick grass or mulch wet leaves with ease. I have no regrets it’s more than a mower, Its my yard mule. The manufacturer is very responsive to any questions or troubles it’s obvious that they care about their product.

Absolut perfekt. Der Mäher arbeitet genauso wie beschrieben. Ich habe ihn jetzt seit einem halben Jahr in Betrieb und bin immer noch begeistert. Ich habe einen 3000m2 Garten der durch mehrere Hunde und viel Unkraut sehr in Mitleidenschaft geraten ist. Seit ich allerdings den Mowrator 2W benutze ist er so schön wie nie. Und das Ganze mit viel weniger Aufwand und weitaus bequemer als vorher mit einem Rasenmähertraktor. Und besonders positiv war auch der sehr hilfsbereite Kundendienst. Absolute Empfehlung!
