My wife purchased a selection of products from them on their webpage, including soap bars, rose mycellar water and rose water. Upon receipt, we found that the rose water bottle had a shattered lid, but fortunately the contents had not spilled and it was still usable. The other products were fine. We decided to write to let them know, including pictures of the broken top, but we insisted that we were ok with the order and did not want to return the damaged product or a refund, it was only a heads-up in case they needed to improve their packaging.
In any case, the customer service offered to send us a replacemente for the rose water, which was home in only two days from Italy to Spain.
We are long-time customers and have purchased presentially in their Florence, Rome, Milan and Madrid shops. Now we can confirm their online customer service is top! We will keep ordering their outstanding products.

Non existant customer service! My order never arrived. Even though I emailed this company 4 times, they never bothered getting back to me.

Storica officina fondata nel 1200 a Firenze dai frati domenicani per la preparazione prima di farmaci naturali, poi di unguenti e profumi. Nel 1600 prese il nome di Officina Profumo-Farmaceutica e venne aperta al pubblico.
Splendida la sua sede storica di Via della Scala, che merita una visita anche solo per ammirarne i locali e gli arredi. Consigliabile anche per fare regali di classe!
