Bought the Eurcerin anti redness cream to help cover my rosacea and after trying it twice my redness was worse than it's ever been. Dare not try it again and it cost £24 which is rubbish when it wrecked my slowly improving skin which I am now really struggling with.

der kundenservice ist nicht wirklich responsiv, die neuen rezepturen sind fürchterlich! meine haut ist kaputt

Benutze die eucerin Urea Repair Creme.

Etwas teuer mit 12€ für 75ml

Jedoch die beste creme was ich bisher hatte. Zieht super schnell ein und fettes keim bisschen. Top

J'ai acheté Hyaluron filler + elasticity en recharge suite a la pub sur les recharges. Or il s'avère que la recharge n'est pas compatible avec les pots achetés il y a un an environ. Donc condamnée a racheter un pot entier ou faire un transvasement.
Pas de réponse du SAV si ce n'est .... 'pas compatible' contrairement a ce qui est indiqué partout...

I bought Eucerin's tinted sunscreen foundation and it was really awful - orange undertones and felt thick and sticky. I emailed them to see if I could return through them since I buy a lot of their other products (melasma and excema) and after sending me on the run-around getting them the model/serial and receipt; they didn't respond. They even just offered me a coupon (not a refund), without telling me how much the coupon was for, when I would have had to drive to the post office to do the return for them as well. I emailed three times trying to follow up with them and they just didn't respond.
Because of their lack of the most basic customer service, I'm no longer going to buy ANY of their products. I'd rather deal with a company that understands that they should be clear and upfront from the beginning and just answer their customer's inquiries with honest answers!

I bought the night cream and my skin feels drier than before. Would not buy again

I bought Eucerin Q10 Anti-Wrinkle Cream and was truly in love with it as it works on my fragile sensitive eczema-prone skin. I accidentally bought Q10 Face Revitalize Daily Cream thinking it was the Anti-Wrinkle one given the ingredients are the same but soon found out the texture was a lot more lightweight and watery which wasn't suitable for me. Emailed Eucerin customer service but their rep Sam insisted they are the same products, a simple search can tell me that reviews on Amazon and Target showed that many users attested that they are not the same products!! I even suggested Sam to open both jars and notice the difference!!! I had high hopes for Eucerin but I guess being in the industry for more than 100 years they have become too complacent and arrogant to admit mistakes!

Frage gestellt zu einem Produkt über das Kontaktformular. Keine Antwort, keine Rückmeldung. Kundenservice hat man dort offenbar nicht nötig, fragt sich allerdings, wozu es dann ein Kontaktformular gibt.

El club Eucerin es un timo. Acumulas puntos y no sirven para nada ya que todos los regalos están siempre agotados. Es una verguenza. Llevo 5 años intentando conseguir un regalo sin éxito. No sé cómo no les da verguenza engañar así a la gente.
Alguien debería hacer algo para evitar que páginas como esta sigan existiendo. Es un fraude en toda regla.

Eigentlich 4 Sterne, ich werde trotzdem zu einer anderen Firma wechseln. Warum? Ich habe noch nie einen solchen Verpackungswahnsinn erlebt. Ich habe meine Produkte wie immer bestellt und ein "Geschenk" erhalten. 20ml SUN Oil Control. Wenn ich richtig gerechnet habe, ist die Verpackung 10 mal so groß wie das Produkt.
Falls ihr es noch nicht mitbekommen habt, wir steuern Dank solchen Firmen auf eine Umweltkatastrophe zu. Na Hauptsache der Umsatz stimmt, oder wollt ihr das Produkt etwa nicht verkaufen?!?

Ich hatte eine Probe 3D Serum von Eucerin von meiner Apotheke geschenkt bekommen. Als ich das Serum morgens auftrug, merkte ich zunächst nichts. Einige Stunden später fing mein Gesicht und Hals fürchterlich zu jucken und brennen an. Schließlich war ich feuerrot an den betreffenden Stellen. Über Nacht kam es zu Schwellungen im ganzen Gesicht, so dass ich nicht in die Arbeit konnte und stattdessen zum Arzt ging, der mir eine Kortison-haltige Salbe und Tabletten verschrieb. Absolut nicht zu empfehlen!!!

Ich habe von den Produkten mit Thiamidol einen ganz fürchterlichen Ausschlag bekommen. Ich sah aus wie ein Zombie. Null entgegenkommen von Beiersdorf! Im Gegenteil... ich sollte mich testen lassen... um dann einen erneuten Ausschlag zu bekommen? 😠
Leider kann man nicht 0 Sterne vergeben.
Zum Glück habe ich eine tolle Apotheke (Easy Apotheke)... Sie haben alle meine Produkte, auch Angebrochene, zurückgenommen... es war ein Wert von knapp 300€!!

Ich verwende seit über 1 Monat den Hyaluron Filler + Elastic 3D Serum und Elasticity Tagespflege LSF 30 und bin sehr begeistert.
Vor allem das 3D Serum hat es mir angetan, es ist ein total angenehmes Serum zum Auftragen und fühlt sich sehr gut an (nicht fettig und schwer).
Auch in der Früh sieht die Haut sehr erholt aus.
Ich kann diese nur weiterempfehlen.

La crème sent très bon elle es absolument pas grasse. Elle s’applique très bien. J’ai constaté une belle améliorations des ridules.
J’en n’ai constaté de bon résultat.
Je la garde dans ma routine beauté.
