I've been a customer for over 6 months…
I've been a customer for over 6 months with them and overall had a excellent experience.
We host a VPS with them and our server has since then never had a outage or any connection issues from their side.
We've only had some issues with the automatic recurring billing service I used which was out of sync, but this might be due the payment method I use.
On top of that, their support helped me with the billing issue I had and is always ready to help for other questions, and with a fast response time.
Overall I really recommend this company for any of your servers.

Satisfactory server runs excellently with multiple players, for an amazing price considering. Definitely recommend for people who want a good service on a budget.
Any issues were promptly fixed by a team who were genuinely helpful.

Another Great Purchase Experience
My existing server was up for renewal, and I was offered a substantial hardware upgrade for an incredibly fair increase in cost.
Needless to say, I jumped at the opportunity.

W site for hosting. Cheaper than other options and also very fast response from support team. Has Discord server (which is very popular chat platform for gamers) which I love more than email support (big W).

Outstanding Service and hardly ever waiting.
Moved over to these guys from Shockbyte.
Recently took out two Minecraft servers and an Ark server with them.
One of the Minecraft servers is custom modded and I had some difficulty getting it to launch due to various issues.
I have to mention that their support has been phenomenal from day 1. Not only did they help me change the map on my ARK server when I was struggling to find the setting but they also helped me get my custom modded minecraft server up using their support team's varied knowledge.
I also have to mention that Will Allison has been an amazing help with a lot of the issues that I have and that the team is always quick to respond in general.
10/10 would recommend. Competitively priced and quick to respond. Couldn't ask for more.
