Rhonda, this made our day — thank you! Picky eaters are our speciality, and there’s nothing better than hearing a Chihuahua who’d barely touch dry food is now going through venison, lamb, roo AND the clucking jerky 😄 We put a lot of care into making food dogs actually want to eat, so this is exactly the feedback that keeps us going. Hi Jennifer, thank you for giving Eureka a try. We’re sorry to hear one of your chihuahuas wasn’t won over — fussy eaters are always a challenge! Because Eureka is so nutrient-dense, many customers in similar situations use it as a mix-feed topper through their regular food — it stretches the bag much further while still delivering the benefits. We hope that might make it more workable, and we wish you and your pups all the best.

Just to clarify — your first bag included a $30 welcome discount, which is why it came in at $97. Our price hasn’t changed. We’ve tried reaching out to explain this but haven’t been able to get in touch.

I’m really glad to hear your order arrived promptly - but I’m genuinely sorry the treats themselves weren’t a hit with your four pups. We know how disappointing it is to be excited to try something new, only to have your dogs sniff and walk away (especially when you were looking forward to seeing them enjoy it!).

Every dog has their own tastes and preferences, and while many dogs love our recipes, we completely understand that not every product will be right for every pack. That’s exactly why we offer sample packs - so pet parents can try them without committing to a full-size purchase.

We also truly appreciate that you chose to donate the treats rather than waste them. That’s such a thoughtful thing to do.

If you’d ever like help finding something that might better suit your dogs’ preferences (texture, protein type, sensitivity considerations, etc.), our team would be more than happy to help.
