One of the worst customer service experiences
One of the worst customer experiences ever in a bank. I called the "customer service" line and I talked with a lady called "Anastasopoulou", who replied.
She was rude and rushing to hung up the phone, not to mention that it was the first time ever in a customer service call that the customer was never asked at the end of the call if they need further assistunce with something else. Of course she did not provide any solution to an extremely simple request I made. Dissapointing.
Please work on your support agents. We can all change banks and move our money elsewhere if you cannot help us adequately at any given time.

Κάτω του μετρίου οι υπάλληλοι και για γέλια οι "υπηρεσίες" που σου προσφέρουν. Η Eurobank η ίδια είναι απλά μία βιτρίνα, μία νομιμοφανής επιχείρηση, που απλά υπάρχει για να σε ξεζουμίζει και να σου βάζει κρυφές χρεώσεις κάθε μήνα (βλ. blue advantage). Μία αηδιαστική κομπίνα κι αυτή, όπως και όλες οι ελληνικές τράπεζες, με τις ευλογίες φυσικά όλων των διεφθαρμένων κυβερνήσεων.

Stay away! In the competition for which bank is the worst, although often harsh and ruthless just like the banks themselves, it wins easily. Avoid it by every possible means!

One of the worst banks! Double charges on cards that, if you don’t notice them yourself, your money will never be refunded. Complete lack of communication and sheer incompetence in customer service — chaos, to say the least.

Προσπαθω να κάνω ηλεκτρονική αγορά μέσο του Σκρουτζ και μου την απορρίπτει από την τράπεζα στο τελευταίο βήμα και αφού έχω κάνει την διαδικασία επιβεβαίωσης. Μετά ουπε με περνούν τηλ. για να δούνε τι είναι και άμα είναι λάθος ή όντως θέλω να την κάνω εγώ. Προσπαθω να πάρω εγώ λέει 15 λεπτά αναμονή. Έκανα παραπονα μέσο μέιλ λέει θα απαντήσει σε 2 μέρες.

Opened a simple debit card bank account almost two years ago to receive my salary and to be honest, never had a single problem.
Card given immediately and zero costs, good e-banking.
Never tried their customer support simply because I have never needed it.

Οι μεγαλύτεροι ανόητοι! Είμαι αγγλόφωνος, είχα λογαριασμό σε αυτούς και αφού εξαφανίστηκαν όλα τα έγγραφά μου δεν μπορούσα να συνδεθώ στην εφαρμογή! Πέρασα μισή ώρα στις 2.ανίκανοι βοηθοί που με έστελναν από τον έναν στον άλλον επειδή δεν είχαν διάθεση να μιλήσουν στα αγγλικά για το, νομίζω, πιο εύκολο πρόβλημα που έπρεπε να λυθεί! Γι' αυτό έγραψα και μετέφρασα στα αγγλικά Έλληνας, για να δουν τα αφεντικά τους πόσο ρατσιστές, ηλίθιοι, ανίκανοι και άθλιοι είναι οι άνθρωποι της Eurobank! Είστε μια απόλυτη απογοήτευση και ντροπή για την Ελλάδα!
I am English recently moved to Volos
I am English recently moved to Volos. After collecting all required documents and closed an appointment for a new account at branch I was told that I couldn't open an account because; (listen to this) I HAVE TO APPLY TO NATIONAL BANK OF GREECE FIRST! Huh? Nothing I can do she said! After reading all the negative reviews I decided she did me a favour.
Non existent customer services
I have an old bank account with them and as i am living in the UK i tried to call their so called 'customer services' line. This goes to an automated machine that simply always hangs up on you saying check our website or 'i do not understand'. It is impossible to get through to someone. I then booked three, not one, telephone appointments with the bank and all three times noone called. They even have the nerve to say in their website that if you had an appointment and noone called pls call us on the main customer services number..... Absolutely appaling!!

Η χειρότερη Τράπεζα και επιδκείδεινη , άμα σου βρούν τους κωδικούς σου χωρίς χρίσει με OTP ,από το webbanking μέσο pc μπωρουν απο τις κάρτες να πατήσουν Άλλες πληροφορίες και να δουν την διεύθυνση νου και από τα Έγγραφα μου > Βεβαίωσες
Πόθεν έσχες να κατεβάσεται το pdf με το Ονομα Επώνυμο Αριθμό ταυτότης και ΑΦΜ .
Δέν έχει αμφισβήτησςι συναλαγής μέσω από το webbanking μέσω email και είναι δύσκολο ή στο κατάστημα , η κάρτα των κοινωνικών επιδομάτων δεν έχει ανέπαφες και μερικοί επαγκελματιες που έχουν softPOS αν και ο κάτοχος είναι ηλικιωμένος η δεν θέλει το mobile banking δεν μπορεί να την χρησιμοποιήσει .Δεν κλείνει ο λογαρισμός μέσω webbanking και δεν δίνου τόκο αλλά σου χρεώνουν 0.60 € το μήνα για να κάνεις συναλλαγές , η κοινωνική πολιτική που είναι ανθρώπους παίρνουν το προνοιακό επίδομα απο τον ΟΠΕΚΑ γιατί τους χρεώνεις ; (καλά δεν περιμένω απάντηση )
