Fast
Fast, friendly, and competent shipping. Sadly, the chip didn't solve the problem, though. Xerox are too smart for their own good. Almost new and perfectly good printer (VersaLink C400) ended in the skip because they make the black drum fade after six months if you don't use original (and excessively expensive) toner cartridges. We went through 3 black drums in just 18 months. We'll never purchase a Xerox product again, ever. Stupid stuff.
