Worst carrier in 21 century

Most disgusting company i have ever seen in my life. They manage to lose my package from amazon de. There is no phone number to contact this scum. They dont even deserve 1 star. I dont understand why other shops like amazon de even use them. Im lucky that amazon protect their customers they will refund my money. If your package is delivered by ATpost your package will go to Eurodis and after that bye bye. You will need to contact amazon and ask for refund or ask them to use different carrier.

You are probably reading reviews about eurodis because your package is gone and there is no way to track it.

WORST COURIER IN THE WORLD AND NETWORKPARTNER OF THE DUTCH POST.NL. ADVISE : DON'T USE EURODIS ITALY!!!!

Ongelofelijk slecht bedrijf!! Eurodis Italy kan geen pakketten bezorgen!! Wij versturen via Post.nl wekelijks aangetekende pakketten en brieven naar Italië. Elke! week gaat het mis bij Eurodis Italy!! Deze analfabeten kunnen geen pakketten behandelen en bezorgen!! Geadresseerde adressen die op het pakket correct door ons staan vermeld worden keer op keer veranderd (worden standaard hele andere adressen op vermeld tijdens het om-labellen) door Eurodis en hierdoor niet bezorgd en/of verkeerd bezorgd! in het gunstigste geval ontvangen wij het pakket uiteindelijk na vele weken terug, maar meestal zijn wij alles kwijt! Post.nl doet hier helemaal NIETS aan!!?? WAARDELOOS!!

DHL, Hermes etc. Hinterlassen Nachrichten auch an Hauseingangstüren und Aussenklingeln, nur diese Firma nicht!!!
Wie blöd ist das denn?
Ich habe heute, 8. JANUAR 2019, meine Bestellung aus Österreich aus dem November 2018 erhalten!
Ist doch super?!?!?! Und musste ständig mit der Firma meiner Bestellung mailen!

Horrible Company

I was forced to use these service by a merchant. They weren't able to deliver a little parcel to me in two weeks. Communication is not possible, delivery dates are not met - it inevitably creates the feeling that only morons work for this company.

I feel completely hopeless with this nightmare!

I feel completely hopeless. They keep my parcel for almost three weeks and do not respond to any emails nor phone calls. Surprisingly I got the notification card with the numbers, otherwise I wouldn't even know where to call as the online support is of course also not responsive. I am wondering how it is possible that they remain on the market and even as a delivery partner for big national posts like NL post.

I will never again order anything to Germany through Dutch post.

This is not my first experience with this company - I had parcels delivered with them in the past - always with huge nerves and problems and requiring me to either go through the seller or to stay at home for the full day waiting for them to come. Most recently I managed to get through with my email and they scheduled a day of delivery for Saturday. I waited full day in vain. Didn't receive a word of "sorry" and the parcel is still not delivered two weeks later...

Behaupten Paket wurde an meine Adresse geliefert. Stimmt jedoch nicht. Als Recipient Name steht auch ein anderer Name als meiner!

Abito in Inghilterra, mia madre mi ha spedito due pacchi con tutti gli oggetti della mia vita. Il pacco risulta consegnato e firmato da me ma non è assolutamente vero! Qualche corriere lo avrà rubato. Non affidate i vostri pacchi a questi delinquenti. Per farvi capire l'affidabilità vi dico solo che sono partner di SDA in Italia.

pacco consegnato non a me ma ad uno sconosciuto senza chiedere documenti o assicurarsi di altro... ho solo un nome e nessuno da contattare a parte un servizio forum da compilare che fa scivolare sul partner di spedizione ogni possibile responsabilità. Morale della favola: non ho mai ricevuto il mio pacco. Forse l'esperienza peggiore in assoluto. Sconsigliatissimi

I have waiting for my package, and i send them two messages and i didn't get any reply. My package traveled two countries with another company to came to the country i leave, and in their system, it shows collision problem, after one minute of delivery

Worst ever company. Not recommended!

I join to everybody before me. On the 29th September a parcel was sent to me in Czechia from the Netherlands. Delivery time 3-5 days... on the 10th September I and sender started to worry. We both made the same circle as described by all unhappy customers before me...Yesterday, on the 23rd September the tracking of the colli number appeared in the system... Today I am at home waiting for delivery... 25 days in transit, 24 days - untraceable.

Worst partner in shipping they probably thief your stuff also...

I give 1 star because I cannot give 0.
A package was sent to me from Netherlands and this ghost company is the partner of both PostNL and SDA who was supposed to deliver it from 30th of August and 3rd of September...
But the package disappeared in the nothingness once left the second stage from Germany to Italy, it never arrived.
They never answer and also PostNL and SDA have no contact at all with them...
I mean who would ever work with a partner who doesn't have a contact or is totally inefficient, PostNL and SDA gotta be "very smart" choosing this "company" as a partner.
Could also be that they steal stuff or damage packages and then make them disappear and I red a lot of reviews on them and it happens often al least, but nobody does anything to change this situation, in the meanwhile this totally unacceptable service is what we get and they keep damaging or even stealing who knows without any consequence.

Eurodis is a partner of sda italy (italian post)

I bought a new guitar (>3.000 eur value) in Italy to a company that sent the package with SDA/Eurodis to Belgium... (shipping time approx 4 days)

After 2 days, the parcel was not moving anymore and located in an unreachable depot in germany with mention : 'in transit' ...

3 days, 4 days, 5 days... still not moving... 11 days !!! A NIGHTMARE !!! i couldn't sleep anymore and watching the tracking every 5 minutes without any results AND IMPOSSIBLE TO LOCATE THE PARCEL...

I have contacted SEVERAL TIMES SDA/Eurodis (remember : no phone call available, and automatic reply by mail !!!) ... and i contacted also all the shipping company located in germany !! no reply or best answer from SDA : 'please contact the seller' (who doesn't know anything about the tracking...)

.... and by chance, after 12 days (!!!) i received a phone call from an unknow express courrier who was shipping my guitar but doesn t find my home ...

The guitar arrived finally at home.... but the internet tracking is still 'In transit' in Germany...

Lack of serious, Lack of communication, tracking not accurate....

It proves me that i will NEVER buy again a high value package on internet ... if your parcel is lost in the system, good luck to try to recover your money against Eurodis / SDA or the seller...

lost parcel from Austria to my home in the UK

I sent a parcel from Austria to my home address in the uk
it never turned up looked on the tracking service it says it had been delivered to my address, you can not phone them there is no phone number and surprisingly the companies who send your parcels to them cannot ring them either, only a form to fill in on there web site which you get a auto generated email saying contact your dispatcher, looking into this myself I managed to find out they use UKmail so I went to the local depot with tracking details they found it had been delivered to a different address because Eurodis had put the wrong address on my parcel even though in big black marker pen my address was clear, even the person who took delivery of it said this is not for them the delivery person would not do anything even though she pointed out the mistake on the label
finding out nearly every company us Eurodis except DHL i will only in future us DHL
no customer service what so ever from this company

It's just stealing

It's just stealing. They don't just "lose" the packages. They claim that they delivered even though there is evidence that nothing was delivered. Recipient names such as "Jones" or "Miller" or "Davis" appear. You think you did send parcels with the Austrian Post, but they end up at Eurodis and are lost for ever. The Austrian Post sends the delivery note to you, which is fake and they refuse to pay the insurance money. Although it has been clear for months that Eurodis delivers nothing. The only way is to sue the Post Office for gross negligence.

vreemd systeem met de PTT post
je stuurt een pakje met de nederlandse post naar Italiaanse postbus,
in Italie wordt het Eurodis (die onbereikbaar via email of telefoon zijn)
dat is een courier en die levert niet af in een postbus
dan is de boodschap " verkeerd adres"
dan een aflever adres sturen via hun website en je weet helemaal niet of het begrepen is, totaal in het donker

Thanks to a review from someone with Chinese symbols. It helped a lot.
Without this I wouldn't know Eurodis is subcontracting UK Mail. Which is rubbish. Left my parcel with someone but did not leave a note for me. Only learnt it because my friend from Austria pointed out that the parcel was delivered. I wasn't at home. So I checked the Eurodis tracking where it was written the parcel was left with a neighborhood called Neil. There's no Neil here. So managed to track down my parcel to UK Mail where on their website shows was left with neighbour at 20. There's only 18 flat here. So where's my parcel??? Called UK Mail and now awaiting on a call back.
