Seit sechs Tagen liegt mein Paket aus Holland in Duisburg (Beeck) und wird nicht weitergeleitet oder ist doch unterwegs, aber wohin, wenn ja nach Österreich sicher nicht.
Kontakt kann man mit Eurodis auch nicht aufnehmen, denn laut Eurodis muß ich als Empfänger mich an die Österr. Post wenden, der wurden aber die aktuellen Daten von Eurodis nicht übermittelt, also keine Auskunft. Laut Österr. Post liegt mein Paket noch immer in Holland.
Null Punkte wären für diese Desaster noch zu viel.

lost packages from NL to IT
I sent 2 large packages to Italy from the Netherlands with POSTNL on 21 December 2019...up to this point (22-01-2020) the packages (sent with 2 distinct shipments) never arrived neither they can be tracked on EURODIS.COM. I can only see the new EURODIS tracking number but no updates of any kind!!! For info you are invited to contact SDA customer service where none of the many codes I received so far are working. Impossible to reach SDA from abroad, their Skype call link does not work, and their telephone number only works within Italy... reading your experiences below I realize that what happened to me seems to be quite common. I keep hoping sooner or later they will arrive but I won’t change my mind on them and I do not recommend them at all!!!

Non capisco come mai certe aziende affidano i loro pacchi a questo vettore!!!
Avrei dovuto aspettare, al massimo, cinque giorni lavorativi. Siamo all'ottavo e il pacco ancora non arriva. Ieri (19.12.2019) la tracciatura risultava ancora ferma al 17 dicembre ore 23:08 in provincia di Piacenza mentre adesso, finalmente, mentre scrivo, il pacco dalle ore 01:00, si trova in un paesino a pochi km da me.
Arriverà in giornata...?!
Speriamo... Intanto invio l'ennesimo reclamo all'azienda da cui è stato spedito il pacco, nell'intento di sensibilizzare chi di dovere.
Tutto ciò è inaccettabile!!!

All good but tracking is the very bad
This is a kind of handler between couriers, and is a network of those very same couriers. When parcel from Netherlands (POSTNL) went to them, the tracking froze, and it "woke up" only when SDA took it in Italy. So all went good, but i was left with 3 days of no update from them.
Ps: SDAweb (and not the ufficial support) was able to help me with the tracking

Non affidatevi assolutamente a questo corriere...faccio spedizioni da 10 anni, credo sia il peggio che esista sul mercato, ovviamente non potevano scegliersi che SDA per le consegna in Italia, un vero schifo, è un mese che devono consegnare e non è possibile ricevere assistenza...se vendi online questi ti fanno chiudere dalla disperazione...evitateli come la peste

I sent it from Dolo - Venice/Italy on 25/9/2019 to Austria and till today 1/10/2019 it didn’t receive it.I follow up with italy post , SDA and Austrian post but the italian say it’s with Austria and the Austrian say it’s in Italy. I have no clue how to get the bag.

They lost several Amazon.de packages
I ordered from Amazon.de 2x times and both times my packages were not delivered and I am having trouble with Amazon now cause these guys just steal the package and refuse to confirm it. Also there is no support to contact.

Probleem met de adressering van een pakje naar Italie werd door een medewerker erg goed opgepakt. Omdat PostNL geen enkele vorm van hulp bood heeft ze zowel hen als de Italiaanse postbedrijven benaderd om het adres alsnog goed in het systeem te krijgen en is het pakje uiteindelijk veilig aangekomen.

Excellent Job
I read so many negative reviews I thought I would add my experience, my shipment was coming from Spain to the UK. Though it did take 8 days and when the packages changed couriers during initial transit, once with Eurodis I found their site most helpful and the tracking system spot, down to the day it was delivered. So from my experience Eurodis delivered the goods exactly as expected and did an excellent job.

My mum sent a package to my grandma (from Austria to România) and Austrian post apparently uses this company as a partner.
According to the tracing results the package arrived in Romania in some distribution center and then it shows one 'delivery attempt'. I mean, what are the odds to catch an old lady at home who seldomly leaves her house? Either they tried to deliver it at night when she was fast asleep or not at all. Anyway, even if they did try and nobody was at home, they did not leave a note or anything to let her know that her package has arrived and that she can pick it up or something. NOTHING. Exactly 7 days later they returned it to the sender and my mum had to pay another 20 Euro to retrieve the package they failed to deliver in the first place. This is outrageous!
I hate angry reviews and I usually do not write them, but I hope someone at Eurodis reads this and I hope it's someone who has the power or the will to improve something about the way this company works. Please do your f***ing job like the rest of us. Thanks.
They lost 3 parcels in just 30 days
They lost 3 parcels in just 30 days: 2 from Amazon.de (standard shipping) and one from Amazon.it (expedited shipping). Parcels stuck in Vienna and never move forward. And no-one replies to inquiries. This is most likely some kind of fraud. Unfortunatelly they can not be reported to any regulatory agency in EU.
Verdacht auf betrügerische Handlungen
Habe bei Amazon Marketplace bestellt und der Verkäufer hat laut Aussage von Amazon Eurodis als Lieferant benutzt. Der Verkäufer behauptet, die Ware wurde geliefert und das sei per Unterschrift bestätigt. Tatsächlich habe ich die Ware nie erhalten und wenn man die von Amazon übermittelte Trackingnummer eingibt, dann wird als Status "pending" angezeigt. Wenn man sich die Bewertungen hier anschaut, könnte man vermuten, dass Unternehmen hat es sich zum Ziel gesetzt, den Online-Handel zu sabotieren.

PostNL heeft deze uitbesteed aan Eurodis, pakketje is 9 dagen onderweg geweest.
Omdat de klant niet het vertrouwen had dat het nog goed kwam is er met de DPD hetzelfde nogmaals verstuurd, deze is in 2 dagen geleverd.
Geen Eurodis meer voor ons.
How is this company still in business?
If you order anything via amazon.de that ends up shipping via AtPost, chances are good that EuroDis will get your package and never find it again. Ordered PC components twice with expedited shipping. ATpost does their job well with the first leg of the journey, but all traces of the package vanish when it gets to the EuroDis depot. You can try tracking the package on their site, but you'll likely have the same result as me: a package with no listed weight, sender, or destination. There is also no way to contact them regarding a missing package, as the only contact info they'll give you is for the initial post office and carrier that would handle delivery. If you have the option, ship via DHL or UPS, at least then you have a chance that your package isn't lost to the void.

lo que hacen todos este transportista para Useras , vall d'alba, atzaneta y mas, se sirve de gitanos con camiones, gente que no trabajan por la compania, gente exterior sin ningun compromiso para la compania ni ganas de hacerlo bien, a mi , utilisaba su klaxon del camion a 10 km para p`reguntarme si lo puedo oir, ahora me recuerdo de k tipo de chico es, es un gordo con un camion en ruina, que cuando te lllama la primera vez, es tan azustado que pareces que te a llamando 350 veces antes, este tipo de servicios a juegarsela con el cliente, con el vendedor tb, es una atituda de teroristas y es lo que estan este tipo de raton de transportistas, trabajan con gitanos, y si tu abres tu boca asi, puedeser que te envias gitanos robarte al final, siempre perdaras....eso con Redur o Transport Beltran o quien sea en castellon

Loses packages as there were candy. What a worse company eurodis is. Weekly we are forced to use eurodis by the POSTNL system. Weekly we get them back because there was an address error..... Well maps gives you the address in one click and the address is correct.
Also we fill in the phonenumber and e-mail of customer, but not in any case there is contact with the receiver.
