Ha preso in gestione un pacco il 20/12/2020 e da allora se ne sono perse le tracce.
La cosa più affidabile di questo corriere è la non affidabilità.
I pacchi arrivano, se arrivano, con notevole ritardo e non è possibile contattare il servizio clienti perché non lo hanno.
Credevo che non esistesse nulla di peggio di SDA invece devo ricredermi.

I really hope that the management of EURODIS who is responsible and accountable for ensuring that shipments are delivered to customers would experience the same frustration, disappointment and pain as their customers. WHOEVER IS RESPONSIBLE IN COMPANY POLICY ON CUSTOMER SERVICE/SHIPMENT IS A BIG EMBARASSMENT!

I have two packages shipped from Netherlands to Italy.
1st package was delivered late and left outside the apartment building of my mom. However in EURODIS tracking it says that the package was received and signed by my mom. My mom only found out that the package was left downstairs of her apartment when I told her that EURODIS tracking says it was delivered.
2nd package had incorrect address (error made by postNL), but it was corrected in postNL system and was communicated to EURODIS. However EURODIS has not made any update for 5 days! and the package will be returned back to the Netherlands.
Really frustrating!

My parcel's status is delivered/ signed for but I never received anything, nevermind a note of any attempt. Wonder how that can be since its status would require proof from my side..?
Wrote 2 emails without any acknowledgement, no phone number available.. The Austrian post office has proof it is/was somewhere with eurodis in Leeds, so where is it? I'd be keen on receiving my birthday present!!

Absolut joke!!!!! Been on the phone all day trying to find out the where abouts of my parcel from Austria. 3 hours later I finally got the info that the distributor in Scotland was Eurodis there is no contact no. Nor email address at all I have used their contact form to reach them but no one bothers to get in contact at all. On their track and trace it says there was 2 attempts to deliver total lies as I was in the house all day ! Perhaps this company should be leaving notes of attempted deliveries like all other professional delivery companies do this way your at least aware that an attempt has been made. Absolutely fuming and so disgusted by this joke of a company they should be closed down ! I will definitely report this further so no one else has to experience this upset and chaos!!!!!

For the Dutch people: Dit bedrijf verwerkt de pakketten voor PostNL in Oostenrijk. Niet nadenken a.u.b : niet doen.
PostNL is een prima bedrijf, maar haar partners zijn echt vreselijk.

i'm awaiting two boxes from holland. the posteNL tracking says it's been in holland sorting center from 23/09/20. The Eurodis tracking site has ZERO information. Does this mean my parcels are stolen like almost everyone elses who left a review? please avoid this company, the tracking gives no info at all.
Lost parcels, no contact options
My sister send two parcels within 6 months from Austria to UK. Both parcels were sent from Austrian mail to Eurodis. Eurodis informed that it was delivered but it never arrived.
My sister tried to complain with the Austrian Mail but they claim it's not their problem once the parcel leaves Austria. Then I should try to contact Eurodis and all they have is a number from DHL Parcel UK which is only a voicemail. No way to contact them. I highly recommend to avoid this unprofessional delivery company at any cost.

Verwacht je een pakket Oostenrijk, dat gaat heel snel naar Utrecht en daar ligt het dan oneindig lang bij Eurodus. Waardeloze club, doe jezelf een plezier en kies voor DHL, UPS of GLS.

Ho effettuato ( e pagato!) un ordine con Sklum, ho poi scoperto che la spedizione è stata affidata ad Eurodis. Il mio ordine è letteralmente "scomparso". Personalmente non comprerò più nulla da questa azienda.

this delivery company is the biggest joke. For 3 days they claimed that they tried to deliver. 2 of them early in the morning. Every time I was at home, no one rang the doorbell or called my phone number so it was a lie that anyone tried to deliver it. I know my doorbell is working because DHL delivered a package. Tracking history said that notice was left. NO NOTICE was left. I talked one day to a customer agent who said that on Friday (7th of Aug) they will try to deliver it. I waited until 12, no one delivered it. I called, another totally unprofessional agent said oh we won't deliver because you have not been home. and we had 3 attempts so write a complaint. PROBABLY your delivery couriers just don't bother going to houses and lie. your company is a big joke. liars. so unprofessional. seriously disgusting how such a company operates in 2020. Shame on you.
Good, but glad there wasn't a problem
I wouldn't save 5 Star, as the online tracking is quite vague. But otherwise a good experience and quite reasonable timeliness especially given Covid. I'm glad I didn't have a problem though, as it does seem there is a poor structure for complaints or communication.

Attendo dal 24 maggio un pacco dall'Olanda. Il tracking su eurodis è fermo al 29 maggio e niente più. Nessun aggiornamento, sto tentando di contattare SDA a cui poi si affidano per la spedizione in Italia. Sul sito eurodis minime informazioni senza alcun aiuto e pochissima assistenza. Da evitare se possibile

Unsere Bestellung, zwei Fahrräder, wurde zügig geliefert. Die Fahrräder wurden bis zur Haustür (13 Stufen) transportiert, sehr freundliche und kompetente Lieferanten. Wir bekamen auch vorher eine Sendungsnummer mit einem Link zur Sendungsverfolgung übermittelt, der gut funktionierte. Die Lieferung aus der Tschechischen Republik dauerte nur 3 Tage. Ich wundere mich über die vielen negativen Bewertungen.

The worst company ever!!!!! You can’t follow your order! You can’t contact them about your parcel!!! Eurodis have my package and I need to contact the post office.... what the post office could tell me if they didn’t get my parcel?! I don’t understand how they still can ship anything.... really disappointed!!!! Someone should close them doors!!!! Immediately!!!!! Rubbish company!!!!!!!!!

Ancora peggio di post.nl, non si sa chi contattare e sbolognano tutto ad SDA che non risponde neanche.
Tracking mai aggiornati, una schifezza unica.
Ordinato dall'olanda il 19/05, giorno in cui si sono fermate anche le notifiche di tracking.
Oggi è il 27/05 e non so dove sia la spedizione.
Meritano tranquillamente una querela per inefficienza del servizio.

Sto aspettando un pacco che è in transito dal 25/04 dall’Olanda e il tracking è inesistente, oltre a dirmi che il pacco è “partito” non so altro..
Che poi vorrei capire se è normale che non ci sono ne le informazioni anagrafiche ne il paese del destinatario (io)

verstuur nooit en te nimmer pakketten met postnl naar Italie want dan komt het in handen van eurodis die continue de adressen verandert waardoor ze niet bezorgt kunnen worden en ze pas na veel telefoonkosten, mails en onderzoeken weer retour komen (als je geluk hebt) en je bij postnl ook je verzendkosten niet terug krijgt. Ze beloven het wel maar na meerdere onderzoeksformulieren nog niks.. grr
