I placed my order and was notified that my "In stock" item was back ordered for about a month. I wasn't in any rush so that was ok with me. 3 back order delays later (about 3 months), I finally receive an e-mail that my item was in stock and was shipping out. On the day I was to receive my item, I called to confirm delivery time and was informed that my item did not make the truck and did not ship. I finally received my item but my experience was not very good. I might not every order again or even recommend the site to friends.

We ordered 3 swivel stools from Eurway - we asked for swatches to be sure of the fabric and metal color- they came quickly so it was easy to make a decision on what we wanted. The stools took 6 weeks which is what we were promised. They are custom made so if you need it quickly- you are out of luck. They arrived , needed little assembly, and are exactly what we ordered! They are beautiful, comfortable, and look amazing! Thank you! We would order from Eurway again!

The quality was better than we expected. Our client is very happy with all 12 different items!

Took almost a month to get a piece of art. Blamed it on weather and holiday but still wouldn't of been here on time...

The adjustable standing desk looks great, but when trying to adjust up and down, the mechanism sticks and does not move smoothly, particularly when trying to adjust it down.

I needed two chairs to match a dining set I purchase second hand. Eurway was the only site where I could find them. The chairs match great and I had no problems with ordering or receiving the good. Great experience.

We needed recliners that were NOT huge for our motorhome as we took out a couch that was not comfortable. We bought just 1 and went back for the 2nd. Just what we need after a long day on the road. One minus - our 1st order took 2 months to get. The 2nd in a more timely manner.

Order was promptly handled. Product arrived well packed and in good condition. We will order from Eurway again as they deliver what they promise.

I ordered some furniture that was in stock. Once the order was placed, Eurway realized that the specific pieces I wanted were not in fact all in stock and were going to take some weeks to arrive. They asked if I wished to alter the order and just take what was in stock and they would refund the difference. I took them up on this offer as that suited my plans better. They shipped what they had, sent me very clear and concise paperwork and made the refund as they said they would. Well-organized, professional and efficient. I would use them again without hesitation.

Arrived when expected. The side table is used as a printer and computer paper table. The look is modern and contrast with the glass and metal.

I've bought all the furniture for my new contemporary office and love all of them!! They arrived faster than I expected, they were easy to ensamble (even though they are rated as challenge), and price-quality is great.
I had to make some changes in my previous order and customer service was awesome.

If I have any issues, I get a great response from the Eurway staff and management. The products are of high quality and suit my style. I will shop at Eurway again.

Very sturdy looking but leather is ok. Everyone visiting my house just love it.

Received the two chairs I ordered quickly and in good shape. The color of the wood was a fair bit darker than what was shown online though. Basically am pleased with the experience.

I ordered over 5K USD of furniture which came via 3 different freight companies. Unless you're comfortable dealing with 500lbs pallets dropped on your sidewalk look else where. In a lot of cases the furniture was places on the pallet fully assemble, so it is very bulky and in 1 giant box that you don't be able to move without 1+ people. I spent 3 days coordinating delivery with freight companies and a 3rd party moving company since I cannot deal with a 300 pound piece of furniture fully assembled in a box.

I would have expected the item to come assembled and split into a few boxes so the items can easily be moved to where they need to be assembled.
