They sent me the wrong rim protector…

They sent me the wrong rim protector size AND the wrong seat protector color. I asked for a refund and there is no answer from them. Do not buy from this website, you will lose your money for sure.

EVAAM: Dangerous products, even worse customer service

DO NOT purchase the EVAAM Removable Neck Support for your Tesla Model 3 or Y.

1. Critical Safety Risk: The design is fundamentally flawed. There is a hard plastic part that protrudes exactly where a child’s head rests. In the event of an accident or even sudden braking, this hard plastic would be the primary point of impact for a child's head. This is a major safety liability that EVAAM seems to ignore.

2. Predatory Return Policy: After pointing out these flaws, customer service was a complete joke. They first tried to "bribe" me with a discount on more of their products instead of honoring a refund. When I insisted, they claimed the product was "as designed" and demanded a 20% restocking fee.

3. The China Shipping Trap: To make matters worse, you are required to pay for return shipping back to China. For a bulky item like this, the shipping cost is nearly the price of the product itself.

They make it intentionally difficult and expensive to return defective or dangerous items. STAY AWAY from this company. They do not care about your family’s safety or basic consumer rights.

The worst customer service I have ever…

The worst customer service I have ever experienced.
Buyer beware as they are totally unethical in their business practices and hopefully will go out of business as most reviews same the same about their phony warranty claims.
They didn't respond to repeated attempts to return head pillows and clearly have no intention of taking them back.
Truly a pathetic company!

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!

I ordered a cover for my center arm rest. They sent it to the wrong address, when I contacted them about sending another one, their response was "can you just go to the address and pick it up". I let them know it was an hour away and I couldn't do that because they messed up.

I emailed and messaged them every day for almost 3 weeks and they kept making up excuses about new information they needed from me in order to resolve the issue. I disputed it with my bank.

If I could give them no stars I would. I ordered rim protectors. Their website said things are shipped out the next day. Maybe so, but from china. After a week and a half they are showing to still be in china. I want to cancel the order and get refunded as I feel they will never get here. They want to charge me a restocking fee and return shipping. I am not going to pay that. They are deceptive in how they ship items and time until delivery. If you never want to get your stuff, order from them.

30 day warranty for a reason - AVOID

Product stopped working after one month. Reached out to the support team. Was asked to send in photos and a video, and then nothing. Crickets.

Product was delivered on 27 August 2025, and on 13 October, I contacted regarding the failure.

Ordered 8 items from the company. The quality seems to be fine but looks cheap mostly, and does't look the same as on pictures . I ordered summer cushions for my Tesla, and it left stains on my seat after 2 months of usage. The problem with the cushions started in the beginning: They delivered wrong spine part, and instead of sending me the proper item next time they sent fixing kit. Are you serious?)
Do not recommend them.I still have aluminium rims from them and I am not sure now that I want to install it now.

Do not trust this company

I purchased a Tesla speaker cover and I ended up selling my Tesla before it arrived. I have emailed SEVERAL times asking where to return the UNOPENED package and they wrote back once. They asked me to send a picture of the box (unopened) and said they will send a return address once my return is APPROVED!! again, the box was not open and they have a 30 day return policy. I keep asking for a return address and I haven’t received one. I am beyond upset with this company as they do not respond and do not live up to their refund policy. Do not trust them or their products.

Very good product for my Tesla S plaid 21” rims !!

I have ordered the rims protection set from Evaam, the first time was long waiting bcz it’s coming from china of course, but the product was perfect and provided very good protection to my tesla S plaid rims, 2 of them took the hit and protected my rims so good that I have reorderd an another set which came very fast ! Very good product ! I would recommend it ! Just don’t expect a rush delivery, but you don’t regret it ! VERY GOOD pruduct ! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Ordered four items from EVAAM

Ordered four items from EVAAM. Three of the items arrived after close to two weeks. The items were very good quality. I learned after the sale that they sell from China, they don't have a real business in America. The phone number listed under contact us isn't valid. My fourth and most expensive item I ordered shows shipped but the tracking stopped half way here. I've emailed multiple times without any response. Looking like I've been had. I'm going to try getting a refund through my credit card company. It's been three weeks since I ordered. I certainly won't order from this company again. Will post my final outcome on my last and most expensive item. Wish me luck.

Ordered an anti-nag chip, no instructions, doesn't work correctly

Ordered an anti-nag chip. No instructions came with it (none at all). Received a video from customer service of a Model Y while my car is a Model S (different steering wheel).
Installed it as best I could based on that video (really only one way). Anti-nag works but now other parts of my in-front display is malfunctioning. Contacted them again with no response. Then want to return it - as they offer 30-day returns. No reply.
Also ordered a sunglass holder for Model 3. The surface material is different from the light beige headliner in the Model 3. Again, zero instructions how to install. Gave up on it.
A SCAM!!!

Awful

Awful, buyer beware! They shipped wrong thing, I went through hoops to prove it and get refund, they wanted my VIN which makes no sense. Still waiting on refund or replacement. Customer service is AI

Temu product and BS Customer service.

Sent the wrong product and they will not acknowledge ita the wrong product. Instead they are telling me how to install the wrong item.
After 8 mails,they are no longer responding.
I just lost 100 USD.
BS company.
Do not buy fr this website. Unless you want TEMU products

I placed an order nearly a month ago with them and have not received any word on when I will be shipped, nor have I heard anything from them when I tried to contact them for a refund. I would definitely no recommend doing business with them.

was initially hesitant to write this review, as I don't want to come across as an angry customer. The product was held in US customs for 35 days after shipping from China, which is beyond the company's control. After thorough research, I felt somewhat misled by the reviews claiming these seat covers are made to order and customized for Tesla vehicles. Unfortunately, they are not a perfect fit; the middle headrest cover, in particular, is a bit loose, and I had to have it readjusted professionally. Additionally, the back handrest cannot be used unless you unzip the middle of the seat cover, which looks unappealing. The thick material also prevents the back seat from folding flat. On a positive note, the covers are attractive, available in various colors, very comfortable, and do not interfere with the heating and cooling functions of the seats.

Over two months the item has been…

Over two months the item has been shipping from China and no idea when it will arrive. The phone number they advertise is for another business call lba security which finally answered after weeks of trying. They take long to respond to emails and then will not credit the charge. Will tell visa to reverse the fraudulent charge.
