Helpful staff. Sharon at the Highcross branch in leicester, helped me choose a pair of shoes. She took her time to explain how to put them on. I have mobility difficulties and she was patient and professional supporting my trying on shoes. We also had our two small dogs with us and she welcomed them into the shop and this made it a good experience for us all. Thankyou
