On 17th August 21, I was in The Designer Room's in Kilmarnock where the staff, Lesley, Shelley, and Lindsey were professional and very helpful and friendly they helped me to choose my PARIS 3 seater settee and 2 chairs . Pleasant shopping experiece.

I was very impressed by the Arrowxl delivery team, Jan and Jay this morning, who kept me up-to-date with their delivery progress within the initial time frame. This was extremely helpful to me. Jan and Jay (GEM.UK) of Arrowxl were friendly, courteous and completely professional. Thank you so much.

Danny and Yvy delivered my garden furniture. They kept me updated on delivery time when they arrived I could not of asked for better service. A great credit to Arrow they were polite caring nothing was to much trouble Thank you I cannot praise them enough

Robert & Tam delivered my freezer this morning. As promised I got a call from them to say they'd arrive in 30 minutes, they delivered & recommend I wait 4 hours before connecting the appliance. They were most pleasant and I can't praise them & the service they provide highly enough.

Communication from start to finish was amazing! Emails received keeping me informed when the delivery would be, Bill and Vince rang on the day to give me notice and arrived when they said they would. Were friendly and put the item where I asked. Friendly and efficient, couldn't ask for more!

Mark and Tyler delivered my washing machine today! They were due to arrive between 13.45pm and 15.45pm. They rang me to keep me up to date with their eta, including a call 15minutes before they arrived at 12.30pm! They brought it in and put it exactly where I asked them to, so I didn't have far to move it to plumb it in. They were so polite, professional and friendly. Thank you so much guys!!
