I found the website informative and helpful in deciding which cable I needed, so that I could buy with confidence, and I am pleased with the product chosen.

Cable arrived quickly and seems well made and substantial. It is expensive for a charging cable (we have a 17m cable) - and we've had a couple of issues where our car won’t charge if the cable is twisted further down the line), but overall it seems to work, and hasn’t broken or otherwise failed for the two months of use so far.

Got a 10m cable with 2 sockets on it. My car wasn’t listed on the website as being compatible (dolphin surf) so messaged the seller who helped me out. Cable works well and the 2 way socket fits nicely through the letterbox.

Ordered a 10m EV cable for my Mach e on Thursday evening, it was despatched on Friday and arrived Monday morning. The price for the cable was competitive and with no delivery charge it was still delivered quickly. First charge this evening and all working as it should, hopefully it will provide reliable service for a good while.

Quick and clear. Wottz have asked me to review to claim an extra 6 months warranty. So I make no comment on Wottz as that would seem unethical.

Needed a new (longer) 10m cable for my Zappi charger as my daughter has just bought an EV - the second in our household. The extra cable length means she can charge without swapping the car spots! The new cable is much lighter than the original and therefore stores easier. Win-win.

I totally enjoyed the experience of contacting EV cables regarding sorting out a problem of sticking with the waterproof extension cable and the another charging cable. All specialists and engineers are very friendly, professional and customer oriented people, especially Isadora, Dan and James.
The problem was resolved in 30 minutes under the warranty. I also bought a new EV cable and since then have no issues with the connection and charging my car. The new cable has a special thermoregulator the same as the extension cable!
