Fantastic service from start to finish, very slick process. I'd left it very late to order a gazebo and extras but paid for express delivery and the team got everything delivered in time for our event. Quality of the product is excellent and built to last. Highly recommend!

Great customer service, Hannah looked after us and helped each step of the way. Delivered quickly and though a parcel (table) was missing, that was soon rectified.

Very disappointing experience to be honest.

I ordered a branded gazebo & flag. The artwork they sent me showed a black background behind our black & white logo but when it arrived the gazebo was a mid grey background which is not at all in line with our brand colours.

The flag was completely grey - no black in it at all.

I tried to request a solution but was told that because I’d approved the artwork they would not take any responsibility for the error. The artwork looks completely different from the actual product I was sent.

The gazebo itself was also faulty - the frame had parts missing when we erected it. They have now sent us those missing parts but it was not well made or checked during production.

I have requested a call with a manager several times to discuss the errors with the colour but have basically been refused.

A very disappointing outcome after spending over £2000 with this company.

Brilliant, we requested delivery by the weekend and you did it with 2 days to spare, so a big thank you for that.
Service is excellent, cannot fault it

I particularly appreciated the fast and free design service. The small feather flag I ordered arrived within a week and is of a high quality. I would highly recommend this company.

We purchased the new inflatable gazebo 3x3, I asked multiple times if it was the same room space as normal gazebos & was told yes. I asked if I could fit 2x 6ft tables in with 4 people working again told yes. Reality is NO it’s tiny because of the curvature you can’t get the tables in it, you can’t get people in working & customers can’t get in it’s so low. This was a massively important purchase with the print design in memory of my late daughter it was also expensive. I got it late 2025 & called them to say due to the weather it would be stored in my lift until summer events. 1st big event 3 days 34’ heat & it was an epic disaster tables had to be positioned outside at the front because no one could fit in it if inside including us trying to work. It’s not fit for purpose & Event Branding’s solution to their inaccurate information is 10% discount off a bigger one or 15% in the end! Absolutely disgraceful customer support on what is absolutely their fault. Bad pre sales information terrible after sales service.
I honestly expected a lot more from what’s meant to be a reputable company but to say Ive been left devastated is an understatement, what was meant to be a beautiful purchase in memory of my daughter has left me in tears unable to use it because despite all my questions on the phone & in writing it is so small it simply cannot be used. Disrespectful!!!

Absolutely fantastic service from Event Branding UK — JUST WOW!

I contacted them about creating a branded tablecloth for my business events, and the finished product completely exceeded my expectations. I initially sent over a basic request, but their designer went above and beyond by adding extra features and graphics that truly brought my brand to life while perfectly matching the theme of my business.

Within 24 hours, they had produced a full mock-up showing exactly how the tablecloth would look. Their communication was top-notch throughout — extremely responsive, helpful and even offering creative ideas for other elements I could add.

It’s also important to mention that there was a gap of several months between receiving the design and actually placing my order. I explained at the beginning that I was only putting feelers out, and there was absolutely no pressure whatsoever. That made such a positive impression on me that, when I was ready a few months later, I naturally went straight back to them. They still had my original design ready to go!

They made absolutely certain that I was 100% happy before sending it into production, and the shipping was smooth and fast. The finished tablecloth looks incredible, and I honestly couldn’t be happier.

I would recommend Event Branding UK to anyone looking for high-quality branded products for their business. Their creativity, customer service and attention to detail are second to none. I’ll most likely be using them exclusively for all my business branding needs going forward!

Event branding illustrated my business brilliantly, live the art work. Arrived within a week and really pleased with it.

I ordered some fully branded items: a feather sign, a market bag and a tablecloth, and I’m so impressed with how well-made and packaged everything is. I will definitely be ordering from them again. The service was also outstanding. They are so on it with communication, from concept to mockup review. It was so quick.
