The process took a little longer than I would have liked but once I called in and had conversations everything sped up and changes required were completed. The customer service sales team were very good and the gazebo arrived perfect! It is exactly as I had imagined and makes such a stand, very pleased. Its definitely an investment for a brand my size but it has been used, easy to set up, solid, and very eye catching. Really pleased, thank you.

The product was amazing and as shown on the mockups. We ordered a tablelcoth. We have previously purchased tablecloths, gazebos and flags from Event Branding before and we have been very satisfied with them all. Quality is amazing, service is very quick and helpful.

The company were pretty good, reacted well to design changes and delivery issues, cannot fault them there.
In our case we asked for one final alteration to the artwork which was carried out efficiently, however, at the same time another unrequested change was made, and it wasn't obvious, nor were we looking for it on the proof. Upshot is the final gazebo has a glaring error which, as we agreed the artwork wasn't the companies fault. I suppose we live with it. Won't get caught again

Great communication and quality
I've used my new gazebo a couple of times now, the design on it is exactly what i wanted, its easy to put up and down and I've had lots of comments about how good it looks.
I also ordered a flag and a roller banner and they are all of the same high quality. Would definitely recommend!

Outstanding help and support to make the best quality products

Really happy with the backdrop we ordered and would order more. The only negative comes from the hope we would receive the product despite being told "we will try out best".

It would be better to say "no, it's impossible" and be totally honest rather than say "we'll try" and not deliver.

Customer service was however very friendly.
