Beware of seats in Full Sun with no shade!
The booking experience was easy, the tickets arrived in the app as expected.
On the day entrance was smooth and efficient. The Renshaw restaurant had lovely staff and a high standard of catering. However Court No1 is a little inconvenient with Centre court tickets. There are other restaurant options in the Centre court debenture area that are also excellent.
Our seats had a great view but given the extreme weather we’re we’re in full sun the whole day. This was a really big issue!! My advice would be to look at seats that have shade. Obviously through eventmasters you cannot choose. I now know you can buy debenture tickets at much better rates and also with the choice of where to sit. So wouldn’t use eventmasters for Wimbledon again.

I booked the the Wimbledon Centre Court for the opening day 30th June and booked throught Eventmasters. Kaileigh was exceptional from day 1 helping and advising up to and on the day, the restaurant was fantastic, the menu lovely. We had a great experience and will be using their services going forward.

Royal Ascot Village Chalet Experience - Ryan
Terrific day - Setting ideal for our party of 30 in a stand alone Chalet. Service throughout the day was excellent and food quality and quantity was amazing. Easy access to the course and to place a bet and a very good view of the King on his ride buy. all in all an excellent experience for us and our clients.

We have been a guest at the lawn club several times , and it was as enjoyable this time as when we went for the first time.
Service was excellent with happy helpful staff who were very attentive, the buffet was of the highest quality throughout the lunchen and afternoon tea.
The venue was not crammed to over capacity, thus freedom to move freely, very high standard , which I am sure all in attendance enjoyed .

Amazing service — made our Beyoncé night unforgettable!
Eventmasters were absolutely brilliant. I needed tickets for Beyoncé’s Cowboy Carter tour for me and my friends, and they made the whole process smooth and stress-free. Just wonderful! I have never had such an easy time finding tickets to see Beyonce! They took the stress out of securing perfect tickets to take my daughter to see Beyonce. We even upgraded without a moments fuss, the guys mad the whole experience stress free and perfect! I shall now always return to them to secure my special tickets, thank you!!

My first hospitality experience was stellar thanks to Eventmasters
I attended Beyoncé's Cowboy Carter tour at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium with a hospitality package through Eventmasters. It was my first time attending a concert with any kind of hospitality and the service truly felt premium throughout, avoiding the typical crowds and long queues I expected at a concert.
I was hosted in the Lower East Side Lounge, the lounge was well appointed and the facilities were very comfortable with plenty of space to relax before the show with dedicated food and drinks kiosks. The complementary food and drinks were to a high standard and I was catered for well as a vegan.
My seat was in Block 001 which had a padded seat, cup holders and brilliant views of the extended stage throughout the whole show. This block has the best seats in the house as I was closest to the action on stage.
It was very convenient to visit the bar and other facilities from my seat as needed during the show. Being able to relax and use the facilities post-show helped avoid the rush of leaving the stadium.
Although this experience was not booked as 'accessible' ticket, as I have a disability which can make it uncomfortable sitting or standing for longer periods of time, the comfortable and spacious seating throughout made my experience extra comfortable and worry-free.
The package was great value, the experience was elevated and unmatched; I would have no hesitation to choose a hospitality package from Eventmasters in the future.

Robert was extremely helpful from the start of my hospitality ticket journey. I made an interest online in going to the final Liverpool game at Anfield and Robert phoned me promptly to explain all the packages! As I’d never been there myself, Robert was very understanding at discussing all package options, seating locations and understanding what I was looking to obtain from the experience to get the best package for me. Robert was extremely friendly and was easy to talk to. It turns out we are from similar areas which was nice to chat about ! Robert remained in touch throughout the months as I booked the event 8 months in advance and also gave me the opportunity of attending an additional game at a better price ! Robert promptly responded to every question I had and made the whole experience a relax knowing that my experience was awaiting us. Our hospitality experience at Anfield was incredible and being able to see the trophy lift was a memory of a lifetime. Thanks again Robert for all your help!
