Event master great but Spurs not so
I was very pleased with Eventmaster’s
package and all went to plan at Spurs v Bournemouth as the food was great.
I was a little disappointed with the lack of free drink on arrival and at half time the option of beer was gone in 10 mins and we were told there was no more.
Now I understand the package I had was limited to what food and drink was on offer but I was not told that it was that limited! It wasn’t that we wanted a lot of alcohol just to be informed how much was available upfront would have been nice from Tottenham Hotspur.

Corporate Hospitality at major events whether sporting or musical are provided with a wide range of options. We would agree that it is difficult to class Premium Seating as a full corporate experience. It is clear when booking Premium GA Seats through Eventmasters (formally described as Club Wembley) that guests have the opportunity to use additional facilities to purchase food and drinks.
Premium GA Seating is ideal if you are looking for comfortable executive padded seating, fast track entrance, addition facilities to use at your leisure and of course a great view of the Coldplay concert, which we understand has been brilliant.

Drinks taken off table
Drinks taken off table, ½ bottle wines from 3 couples, not bought back. Food was very poor, yorkshire pudding burnt hard, beef fat, very poor. Security all over us 30mins before time. Poor to say the least

The overall response from guests in attendance within the Dante Suite facility at the York Ebor Festival on Friday has been excellent, it is really disappointing to read that your specific experience was not on point.
The complimentary bar flowed throughout the day with drinks served to table by the waiting on team. Wine and water bottles are removed from tables from 15:00 to allow sufficient room for the afternoon tea to be served. At no point throughout the morning, afternoon and up until 30 minutes after the final race did the complimentary bar stop serving, wine and all other drinks were free flowing, the principle of the service is that you are served to table rather than having to pour your own drinks, wine is left on the table however during lunch as it is obviously a very busy period for the waiting on team, as such wine is available for guests to help themselves should there be a slight delay.
The caterers a Yorkshire based company will be mortified that the Yorkshire Pudding was burnt and hard, again our overall feedback of lunch was excellent, however we totally accept that individual servings may not hit the overall standard. Please if you book with us in the future, if something isn’t quite right please let us know there and then, we obviously try to deliver the best possible experience and yes it should be as required without you having to ask, sometimes however there are issues, it’s the nature of running events, we would have gladly replaced your main course if it had been brought to our attention.
The bar didn’t close until 40 minutes (advertised as 30 minutes) after the last race, final orders were completed throughout the facility, the facility did not start to wind down until a further 30 minutes after this point. Our apologies if security were too pushy at the end of the evening, please take into consideration that the facility needs to be turned around for the following day and as such an hour after the last race is considered a suitable time to request guests to leave (this didn’t start until 1 hour 10 minutes after the last)
Our sincere apologies that your experience didn’t hit the mark, hopefully you followed the tips of our racing ambassador on the day Matt Chapman who put up Asfoora amongst others at 11/1 to give you a plus position with your selections.

A Liverpool experience
The booking of the tickets was very easy,The tickets arrived by email as expected and when we arrived at the stadium everything went smoothly.When we went to our seats to find that we were seated in the front row of our section with a brilliant view .
Well done Eventmasters we will use them again.

VIP service with a personal touch.
Within 10 minutes of making an enquiry about some PL matches I got a call from Rob Bushell, who patiently gave me some options within different price brackets for Spurs hospitality packages. We had a good chat about football too. Eventually I chose a Spurs Premium package for the first match of the season. Everything was transparent and I never felt pressured. A couple of days before the match I got the tickets and we had a brilliant time. I'd highly recommend Eventsmasters to anyone who wants a stress-free hospitality experience.

Henley Regatta - Fabulous!
From the very first enquiry Kaileigh was really helpful and gave me lots of options for our chosen event. Kailiegh also offered a payment plan to chip away so spreading the payment was much appreciated.
The event itself was a really lovely day out. The champagne, the canapes and the food was pretty much faultless! Even the weather was good (odd shower)
Marsha who was looking after us went above and beyond to ensure we had a good day. There was no more blush left but she managed to find some for my fussy friend!
The live singer was a real bonus and he was just brilliant with an eclectic playlist.
The only negative comment which is more constructive criticism - the cocktails - was hoping for a better selection but I appreciate that is subjective and the espresso martinis were lovely.
And just one other thing, first impressions are absolutely paramount and Debbie who greeted us at the desk was not only chewing gum but you could see it....a big no no in my opinion! She also seated us at a table with a really restrictive view even though we were the very first people to arrive, we did move but it caused a bit of an issue - and the best table for 4 in the marquee sat empty until about 3pm which was a bit of a waste, not sure why we weren't able to choose our table. That aside everyone was really friendly and attentive - a great time was had by all! :)

WE even got an Upgrade
Not only were Eventmasters very competitive in comparison to their competitors but they also managed to give us an upgrade in the last few days before our event. Their service was excellent as was that of Wimbledon Champions Lounge staff. Our only disappointment was the information from Wimbledon on the dress code for the lounge. Shirt Tie and Jacket with no sports wear was the requirement. Yet the guys on the table next to us were in polo shirts, shorts and smart trainers. They were clearly more comfortable than we were on one of the hottest days of the year.
