The clothing is poorly made and not the quality shown on their website. If you want to return an item they state it has to be sent to an address in Italy even though they show a London address on their webpage. The cost of sending an item of clothing using a tracked courier service is very high so not worth the cost and effort, thus they get away with selling poor products.
I HAVE NOW CHECKED WITH COMPANIES HOUSE, UK, AND THIS COMPANY IS NOT LISTED IN THE UK WHICH BY LAW THEY MUST BE.
THIS IS A SCAM COMPANY - BEWARE!

Your order was placed on May 27th. As previously explained, our shipping process typically takes 7 to 12 business days after the processing period, which usually requires 2 to 4 business days.
Your package arrived in your country on June 12th, where it was transferred to customs for clearance and then moved to the local warehouse. After that, it was handed over to the local delivery company, who attempted delivery on June 14th but were unable to reach you despite multiple efforts.
We are glad to see that you have now received your order. Please note that we kept you informed at each stage of the delivery process and also referred you to our shipping policy for more detailed information.
