Delivered to wrong address.

Evri delivered to wrong house and sent the delivered picture of someone else's house. I found the house 6 doors away left on someone else's door step in the rain at night. I will now ask sellers in the future who they will use to deliver. I have had 6 out 6 bad deliveries from evri.

RUBBISH

Why, oh why is it so difficult to speak to an actual person at Evri, I'll tell you why, because they are rubbish, and an automated "live chat" and an automated "phone system" is a dam good cop-out! you are never given the opportunity to speak to a person. I have now removed them off my delivery service permanently. I have nothing good to say about them!
And another thing, looking at the reviews even their responses are the same to everyone. I rest my case.
Disgruntled (Human / Person ) not automated!!

Suspected theft of return parcel worth £248.00

If I could press no stars I would.
I returned a very large parcel to TEMU (using a printed label provided by TEMU) to my local petrol station and Evri drop off point.
I have evidence I dropped it off.
My parcel (it appears) never left the drop off point (legally)as it was never scanned out of the building !
I have had extensive contact with TEMU and they have confirmed my parcel (according to their records) never left the drop off point and also that they have no transit details for it.
It is no longer at the drop off point either
I suspect it was stolen by the Evri courier.
I am in the process of trying to prove it
😡there is no other explanation.
I believe TEMU as they have showed me extensive proof.
Evri are just ignoring me and hoping I will go away !
Terrible company to deal with. I have asked TEMU not to use them when I return parcels, but to no avail.
My parcel was worth £248.00 !

Absolutely shocking evri have lost my…

Absolutely shocking evri have lost my last 2 parcels at there depot so i can’t even blame the delivery driver this time it’s just pure chaos getting sent emails they say it’s a person called Clare I have my doubts it’s a real person I’m talking to as they just repeat them selfs in every email i mean why do companies still use evri to deliver there parcels there just incompetence is of the scale

These guys should have their licence…

These guys should have their licence revoked. They are utterly the worst. They say they attempted delivery when they did not. Only ever happens with this lot and happens all the time. They are as bad as that other lot, Hermes. I'd rather send my stuff via a carrier pigeon than trust this lot.

Evri contacted me to say the parcel was…

Evri contacted me to say the parcel was to big for the usual delivery people, who I know and do a good job. However I had a message from ebay telling me that my parcel was delivered. Unfortunately not to my address. So I go to the everi site put in the tracking code and find it not connected to my postcode! So I phone everi to go through the whole process again saying that the tracking number was not connected to my address and when you press the option to complain they tell me that they are having "Technical problems" and hang up. They make the mistake but are not liable to put it right. So because the van drivers cant read the address label somewhere someone is enjoying my parcel at my expense. Shame on you Evri

If could give zero stars i would, absolutely diabolical service, got notification at 10.51 saying out for delivery between 11.30 and 1.30, then another saying attempted delivery at 10.53, I have security camera footage and this did NOT ever happen as at home. This was next day delivery, absolutely shocked at the lies... tracking T01FFA0375620003 for Evri to investigate as are Amazon and the actual company, been having delivery issues for months now

Waiting for a parcel from Freemans

Waiting for a parcel from Freemans. Suppose to be delivered 23/24 of March. Everi have had it from the 23rd of March and now not due to be delivered till 31st. So that eight days after everi recieved the parcel. What is that all about. Don't need the items now and will be contacting freemans about this situation. Shocking.

Set of bedroom draws lost?

We were awaiting a set of bedroom drawers. The retailer told us they were going to be delivered today a couple of hours later we were informed they were lost. When my wife told me my first response was was it Evri supposedly delivering them and of course it was. Why any retailers use this company is beyond me and considering it's a criminal offence to interfere with the mail you would think the government would close them down. It's happened to us on at least three occasions.

Parcel 'delivered' to pick up point...NOT!

I was notified that my parcel had been 'delivered' to my local Evri pick up point, and I was advised that I had a week to collect it. Three days before the the final date, I went to pick it up and my QR code and 8 digit number was not recognised by their system, even though I was told it was ready for collection. Contact Evri who advised that it had been 'lost' even though someone must have scanned it and pressed a button that said 'delivered' when it arrived at the pick up point. Absolutely fuming. Now I'm having to battle with Vinted to get my money back!

UTTER SHITE AGAIN

Another failure from this utterly useless excuse of a delivery company. WHAT THE HELL IS WRONG WITH YOU??? Why are you incapable of delivering parcels to me? Today, not only have you screwed up two deliveries., but you have sent me tracking information and photos of someone elses house AND someone elses package. Utterly incompetent company.
