I like that the lessons are short which makes it easy to complete or to catch up on days that I may have missed due to travel. I like the review of the words and phrases that we already learned to refresh my memory. Saying the phrases in the mirror helps to lock it in. Hoon has a great personality and makes the class fun.

I am a beginner but I feel joy to learn Korean with Hoon. I like to practice a Little bit everyday. Hoon helps us with the pronunciation . I am a french speaker but I like to learn in english .

This program is better and more efficient than any other app or video I've ever experienced. I have acquired more knowledge within two days, than I have within the few months of doing Duolingo or Hey Korea. 감사합니다! Hoon you have been so helpful.

This is my third time learning a new language and this is the first time I have a great time. Mr Hoon makes learning Korean fun and I love Mr Hoon's energy it makes learning 100 times better.

Learning this is a challenge for me, as It’s my third language. I’ve enyoyed the class since day one; it’s different and fun actually to practice pronouncing each word. Personally, I use Spanish as a reference for pronunciation. But I’m happy because I can at least hear and recognize the language well enough to respond. Reading and writing it is proving a bit difficult, I’m keeping at it. Also, I am using the Korean name I was given. Thank you!

This first week has been great! It’s been fun learning to speak Korean. I really look forward to the daily videos with Hoon and I can’t wait to see where I am at the end of the 12 weeks

I love Everyday Korean. I use to look at Instagram videos only until I started classes and I picked up Korean better than with other ways.

Before starting Everyday Korean, I had tried learning Korean in another online school, but the program moved too fast with very little room to review or speak. I used to be embarrassed that I couldn't say anything without staring at my notes. After just seven days with this class, I'm already speaking Korean and introducing myself completely from memory!

Practicing in front of the mirror felt a bit silly and awkward at first, but it made a massive difference when recording my first Special Mission video. I used to get so nervous in front of the camera, but that fear has completely vanished.

Most of all, these classes are an absolute light in my day - I find myself smiling the entire time. Even after a long, stressful day at work, at the end of an Everyday Korean lesson, I feel refreshed and actually retain what I've learnt.

Learning a new language with this method of teaching I find enjoyable and I am not getting bored while watching the lesson.

I know that what I put in I will get out. So I have to remember to study and come to class lol! I have other classes that I take and I am going through some medical issues that make me tired. So I have to put in the work extra hard, but I am saying to myself hal su itda! Because I know that I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me! Thank you for taking your time to teach this class. I am very happy to be able to learn Korean. I am even more happy that I can take my time and not feel rushed while I am learning. I would highly recommend this course! Hoon is a great teacher, who makes the course enjoyable and fun! After just one week I feel I am making progress, and am looking forward to learning more. I especially love the daily tasks/missions which encourage me to practice regularly and ensure I remember what I have already learned. Writing and reading Korean is included in the course, but there is a strong emphasis on speaking and practicing conversations which is very useful if, like me, your dream is to visit South Korea (and understand my favourite K-dramas without subtitles!).

Annyeonaseyo Hoon, I Love this class , I had a bit of a set back with my health ( mental Health ) but I have been working really hard to get back to feeling normal again , I am so sorry I have been Lacking here in the class , please know I’m trying to get back on track with my lessons , learning Korean is something I feel very strong about and learning Korean culture , I wish some day to live in Korea , I never felt that I belonged here in the USA, I have Always loved Korea , with that said please know I’m working hard to get back to where I should be in the lessons I know I should be a lot further that I am , I hope you understand , Gamsahamnida

I honestly love to learn new things. I love learning Korean. The teacher is welcoming and pronounces the words so I can try to too. Some of the english letters don't sound like the teachers words. I am excited each time I come to class. Thank you. gamsahamnida!

I love that we only do 10 minutes a day, so it is not overwhelming and easy to practice and remember. I also love the fact that we can start with conversational phrases right away and worry about grammar and characters later in the learning journey.

I've taken other classes, but Hoon's class is the first one that made sense to me. I'm so glad I found him!

Everyday Korean is quite innovative, makes me feel comfortable learning. Hoon's style of teaching is superlative. I have used other virtual language apps, and find Everyday Korean exceeds the value for the money. Instructions are user friendly and being able to connect with others makes my learning experience immeasurable. I am excited each day to practice and continue learning.
