I ordered a pair of sunglasses
I ordered a pair of sunglasses, got a confirmation email saying they were delivered, I never got them and saw they were delivered to the wrong address not the address that was on my credit card information. I sent an email to the support team explaining the situation and wondering what could be done, they were quick to respond to all my emails and after not being able to locate the sunglasses I was issued a refund. I was very pleased with the response I received from the support team, from their quick response to how the situation was rectified.
