Efficient but could be friendlier with it. Having painful or uncomfortable treatments to personal areas should be accompanied by friendly staff that make you feel at ease, rather than clipped, cold and unfriendly staff.

Horrible and rude staff all the way up to Management. Do NOT trust these people with your money. They will take it and then be extremely rude on top. Their service is so poor and most customers are leaving to join Therapie which has much nicer staff, much cleaner and actually has a toilet in the building.

I have been in many salons and clinics before, but I have to say EverySkin was one of the best experiences I have ever had.
From the moment I came in, everyone was very welcoming and friendly. But I especially want to mention Ewa, who did my laser treatment. She was absolutely amazing.
She explained everything to me clearly and made sure I understood how the laser works, what to expect, what to do after the treatment and what I should avoid. She made me feel very comfortable, and you can immediately see that she has a lot of knowledge and experience.
What I really liked about Ewa is that she didn't just do the treatment and finish. She took her time and did everything properly and with great attention. She really cares about her clients and makes sure everything is done perfectly.
She also gave me very useful advice about my skin, what I should use, and even about exercise after the laser treatment. She went above and beyond, which is something I haven't experienced in other places.
EverySkin is very lucky to have Ewa. She is professional, kind, knowledgeable and genuinely cares about the people she treats.
I would definitely recommend this place. Five stars are simply not enough. If I could give 10 stars or even more, I would.

Thank you for responding. However, this somewhat misrepresents the issue I raised. I had absolutely no issue with being told that my baby could not be present for a patch test or treatment — I already understood this and had only popped in to ask some questions. My concern was specifically being asked whether I was my own baby’s nanny. I don’t understand how asking “Are you the nanny?” was necessary to establish my future availability for treatment. I found that assumption particularly uncomfortable and inappropriate. That, rather than your policy regarding children, is what prompted my review.

I popped into EverySkin Notting Hill with my baby simply to ask a few questions, as I live around the corner and was considering having my laser treatments there. I obviously wouldn’t bring my baby to an actual treatment, nor would I ever expect or want a member of staff to hold her.

During the greeting, I was told they don’t hold babies, despite me never suggesting they should, I was just there for a consultation. After she took a look at my baby who has noticeably fairer skin than me, I was asked if I was my baby’s nanny. I found that assumption incredibly inappropriate and offensive. Strangely, once she realised I was actually the mother, she then offered to hold my baby for “a quick patch test” — which I of course declined.

What should have been a quick, straightforward enquiry left me feeling disrespected and uncomfortable that it completely put me off booking treatment there.

I attended the West Hampstead clinic today for full body laser 2. My body is a little unusual, but I was treated wonderfully by Monica & the rest of the team, as usual. I will keep going back!

I’ve been going to EverySkin in Chiswick for around 18 months now and I always book my Fire & Ice Facial with Kaz. She’s honestly amazing at what she does.

My skin always looks so fresh and glowing afterwards, and I regularly get compliments from friends and family after having it done, which says a lot.

Kaz is lovely, very knowledgeable and always makes you feel comfortable. I trust her completely with my skin and I always leave really happy with the results.

It was a standard service and had an issue with one of the treatments that wasn't handled with great care.

I had a great laser experience here, the environment is so clean and pre/post procedure care is so professional. my technician was Zahra, she was very patient and kind, she made sure I was pain free the whole time. I’ve done laser here 4 sessions now and I am definitely happy with the results. I highly recommend here
