My experience with the therapist at Islington Clinic was not pleasant. I believe whoever works in health, wellness, and aesthetic sector needs basic communication skills as well as customer, client service.

Julie at Balham is brilliant, so lovely and professional, completely putting me at ease which has made getting laser hair removal the besg decision ever, after putting it off for so long.

Shashelle was amazing. She made sure I was comfortable. She took her time with dealing with me and also to explain the process. Because of her and her great customer service I will continue coming back. Will definitely recommend to friends and family.

Not a very relaxing experience compared to most facials and lasted only 30 min when advertised as 40. No massage at all even when applying moisturizer and loud pop music that kept cutting in and out. Also has made the condition I went in for worse. Therapist was lovely though.

Her manner and impeccable appearance is an asset to your company. In these days of ‘anything goes’ attitudes, you can take it from an older person, this is not the norm. It’s how things used to be. And it’s lovely!
