I had a facial with Alex and it was honestly one of the best facials I’ve ever had! She took her time, was incredibly thorough and paid attention to every detail. I’ve come twice now, I don’t want make decision to buy something straight away. I’ve always believed in natural remedies and trying to heal my skin in a natural way, it’s just a way of life I choose to live. I’ve always had very nice skin but recently over last two years struggled with acne and scaring, I’ve been looking for a one off treatment(s) to maybe help with that. I understand that some people might want a lot of treatments on their face and are happy with that but we are not all the same! I felt the lady who served me was nice at first but when I said I wanted to think about what I wanted to buy so I just came to see what they would recommend she was quite rude. Her recommendation of multiple treatments might be suitable for some people but I don’t want to live having so many procedures on my face every other month. I’ll be getting a treatment done but it won’t be at this clinic unfortunately.

I honestly can’t recommend Stefani at EverySkin enough! 🤍 She is so lovely, professional and welcoming, and always makes me feel completely comfortable during my appointments.

She takes the time to explain everything, answers any questions I have and is genuinely so caring. I’ve been really happy with my experience and the results so far. You can tell she really knows what she’s doing and takes pride in her work.

Thank you for your response. I appreciate that you consider the treatment and products to have been tailored to my skin. However, my review reflects my personal experience of the consultation. I did not feel that my concerns about my long-standing dryness, itching and sensitivity were examined in the way I had expected, and I felt that the consultation moved quite quickly towards treatment packages and products.
I understand that the product you recommended is a professional-grade formulation. My comment about Boots/pharmacies was simply that, after doing my own research, I found other soothing skincare products that I felt were more affordable and suitable for my needs. I did not claim that they were identical products.
I also requested a refund while the £65 product was completely unopened and unused, but my request was declined. I respect your policy, but this contributed to my overall experience.
I am sharing my experience so that potential customers can make their own informed decision.

Midway through my laser treatments and I can see such a big difference already! I’ve had different technicians every time but just had a session with Bushra and she was so patient and thorough! I have a very low pain tolerance so she kept checking in with me which was great! Highly recommend doing your laser here

On arrival in reception, I felt so welcome and warm as everyone started talking as one, and even though we’re strangers - I felt natural - with lots of laughter.
I had the last in my calmer peel facial session (booked a set of 3) and it was so good!
Paulina is so lovely, that it feels like I’ve known her for years! We laughed and spoke throughout the session and nothing felt rushed. She explained what ingredients it contained and what it does, advising my next route to take.
I am so pleased with my treatment and looking forward to the next phase.

I always receive the best service from Sofia, so glad she is with everyskin my skin hs improved so much seeing her wouldn't trust anyone else:)
